“Generally helpful but there is a hidden 3% fee they don't tell you about when you withdraw money from your account. When I got home and used the bill counter I was short 3% of the money I was told I withdrew. I will never withdraw money from my account at this branch ever again, fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.”
“After I visited 2 local bank branches in SavageI was very disappointed with the service and decided to drive the extra 5 miles into Prior Lake. Banker Jamie was absolutely excellent. She solved my problem in less than 20 minutes. I have been served in this department before and they always had good service which I took for granted.But after I moved to the city of Savage I was disappointed servicing local bank branches. Therefore, if in the future I need help from bankers, I’d rather spend an extra 10 minutes and go to the city of Prior Lake.”
