Someone promptly answers the phone during business hours. They are always able to squeeze me in [I have weird work hours.] The only time it is hard to get an appointment is during winter, with all the holidays, people wanting snow tires, and people getting into accidents; and that is not their fault at all. “I just moved to the area and broke down about 30 minutes from my home, late afternoon on a Saturday. Dan's answered their phone immediately, and I had a driver there in less than an hour. Communication between the diapather and driver was also very easy. The driver did a once over to see if he could assist with the issue, with no luck there, he towed me and my car to my preferred destination. The driver was very friendly, helpful, and kind. I need another tow to get my car to the mechanic, and plan on giving Dan's a call to assist. I appreciate that the entire process was seemless, and I was able to pay with a credit card online. Thank you Dan's for the great customer service and roadside assistance. My only regret is not getting my driver's name to mention him personally.”
