We love getting our Highland beef from Farmer Josh and his cattle. Not only is the quality of the beef top tier, Farmer Josh is so knowledgeable and friendly. He responds right away, it's nice knowing where our food is coming from and that he treats his cattle with care!

My experience with Windland Flats was excellent. Josh is really professional, a very devoted farmer, and very knowledgeable about ethical and sustainable farming practices. If you are going to eat animals at least know where they come from and how they live their lives. This farm is a beautiful place!
