We have the nicest mail carrier, his name is Cory. However, if you can ship something UPS or FedEx then you should. Packages will sit undelivered and tracking will state they attempted to deliver, but couldn't because the address was inaccessible or some other lame excuse which puts the blame on the customer instead of the post office. The Post Office blames the shortage of carriers for the reason why they can't deliver mail or packages. I'm sure there is a shortage of carriers, however, if the Post Office would treat their employees better then maybe people would want to work there. But when the government (meaning us tax payers) keeps financially bailing out the Post Office they have no reason to improve.

Horrible place!!! They keep losing important mail. Also very lazy. This winter I had packages just thrown in the snowbank next to the mail box or left at the end of the driveway for anyone to grab. The state needs to get involved and make things right. If anyone else did these things it would be a federal offense!!!! They are untrustworthy and unreliable

If you have the opportunity to ship your items another way save yourself the hassle. We haven't received mail in a few days and a package I ordered was supposed to be delivered today, but I got a notification that I would need to pick it up from the post office. I stood there for 15 minutes while the gentleman ahead of me struggled for help. Then I was told if it's not important come back tomorrow.I get that they are short staffed but don't tell its ready for pick up and waste my time. In the future I will try not to use them.

Worst post office ever and short staffed is no excuse items get delivered to post office, sorted to a truck then end up "out for delivery" which means you'll get it when and if the driver decides they feel like coming by your home. You can't even pick up because it's on the truck. Seems to me if they can't "deliver" it they should not be in the "delivery" business

Couldn’t be worse! The last 2 weeks have been awful. Our mail has been thrown in our ditch next to our box, the flap is always left down and most of the time I end up having to go in to the post office to get my mail because they didn’t bring it. When I call they say we are short staffed or it was snowing so we didn’t deliver mail today, I’ve never heard of such a thing! Also when I actually do manage to get mail it’s always my neighbors mail, we are exchanging each others mail at least twice a week. Our mail carrier use to be great, I wonder if we got a new one who is entirely incompetent or has a grudge for some reason.

I live next to CenturyLink across from the fitness center and they plow me in on sidewalk and driveway. I have 3 slipped disks in my back and am the only one who can shovel. I can't afford a service. My little electric snowblower broke. Yet I made quite certain there was a distinct clearing around my house, where there is a walkpath that is paved, to my mailbox. It is all cleared. The mailman, however, sees it fit to dump packages in front of said snowblower and chuck mail on the ground in the snow. Glad I made the effort. Called to complain, but no one answers the phone. I've had other issues, but this was unacceptable.Update: I made a complaint using the automated service, which surprisingly does have a way to speak to a person. That person was very nice and made an internet complaint for me. Then a very nice gentleman at the Princeton post office called me back the same day. They resolved the issue the following week. I'm upgrading my review from a two to a four. Thank you for resolving my issue.

This is the poorest run post office in the country. I honestly believe the people that work here are on the spectrum. My mail gets delivered to my neighbors. At times my mail is not delivered and a note is added as "no access to mailbox" which is a complete lie! The office NEVER answers the phone and when you show up in person a supervisor is NEVER available. Typical government ran entity.

These people work so hard to get us our mail and nowadays this community does not appreciate the time and effort they put in and the short staffed situations they are dealing with. Like wow. Trying being kind instead of demanding. Maby you'll get better results people. Or if you think you can do better why don't you get a job there? I'm sure they are hiring. Spread peace not anger.

I have made 5+ complaints about then not taking back the mail that doesn't belong here, and each time they say that they will deal with it and it has yet to be resolved.

Terrible service all around. Packages left on the mailbox, ground and even on top of our garage can on garbage day. Lazy carrier and absolutely no help from the postmaster when trying to get the problems corrected.

Guy with the beard and tatts who delivers mail needs to quit slamming doors and throwing packages everyday. Next time I’m gonna go out and say something. Sick of it. Have some respect
