Absolute TERRIBLE service.Cost me nearly 1000$ extra because they couldn’t file an extension right. Said he will fix it and i will receive a refund in the mail. That never happened. Filed more of my taxes incorrectly and got billed nearly 400$ extra. He said he would fix it and I wouldn’t have to pay in because he filed incorrectly and never did get the thing taken care of. He said he was sending papers to fix it And the state never received anything from him when I called them! He told me 2 different times he was sending them the paperwork to fix it and he never did.Very poor communication, can’t ever call you back.Recently answers the phone just to hang up on my call with out even a word spoken. This has happened three times now.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Can’t keep their word or do anything to fix their very costly screw ups!

I have left them 10 messages, 3 emails and stopped by the office once (the building is for sale and locked). Very disappointed in the customer service, I have used them for 7 years. They have you mail your taxes . No e-filing.

hide the fact that he could not file our taxes on line.... not professional at all! took longer then he said... and had excuses for everything.
