Went to here all the time! But nails are different shapes? TURN OFF TV! NO BALLGAMES! & GET!!!!! OFF!!!! YOUR!! PHONE!! while ya got clients!! PAY ATTENTION!! Can't be using a tool& watch a game! She's too busy gabbing to hear your request. Then it's too late . One nail is thin other side is thick& nice looking. Uh. Where I go now not one! Personal phone call ! Very focused! Excited to give that tip! ???

I actually had a very great experience here personally, ☺️ they were very ?nice and ? talkative? and friendly. Very well explanatory?♀️ on choices and even though I changed?♀️ my mind A FEW times lol? , they were very easy to work with .?
Very clean and take ?walk ins and or appointments ,?
I think at all places ?it's best to make an appointment?? to get guaranteed⏲️ time for yourself, ?♀️
but walk? ins are available ,☺️ they are pretty WELL organized with the set up, ? nails in one area pedi and medi in other area , 2? areas for TV ?and pretty good large size waiting area very roomy space , I thought that was nice, not crowded !!?
They have all the ?pricing out on the wall, which makes that easy to decide ??what all you would like to sit back and enjoy a NEW you, ?? a new feel good for A refresh for yourself, they have a very adorable family and amazing cute grandkids and they are very loving family people.
I got to share lots topics with this family and they were amazing.
They are very kind ! ?
but everyone has their own experience and personally thoughts of opinions on people places and things.. ????

Lady that did my nails was very nice but $40 plus tip for a 15 min gel pedicure is outrageous. The tools she used on my feet looked used, place seemed unsanitary. There were two children of theirs running around the store yelling. Not relaxing at all. Overall very disappointed I spent that much money on a very poorly done pedicure. Go somewhere else.

Window says walk-ins welcome but they started our pedicures and stopped one halfway through without a word to start an appointment. When we asked if they were going to finish the pedicure they made it sound like it was our fault because we didn’t have appointments. Why say yes to a walk-in and then start a pedicure if you know you have appointments coming in? Don’t say walk-in welcome if they clearly are not. I understand taking appointments taking priority but overcommitting to walk-ins you can’t keep up with is just bad business.Service: Pedicure

Went with my mom and siblings in november. Staff were very nice but my nails were horribly sloppy and not grinded properly, there were kids in the back screaming and crying by themselves.Nails were rushed and a few were even glued to my skin instead of my nail which were painful to remove. Do not reccommend, look for a nice place in the cities if you want your nails done nicely.

Extremely frustrated. I asked for a design and she changed my entire idea because she didn’t have time for an effort. She also argued with me for what I really wanted. I go here regularly and all she cared about was the time and said “ can go home early” so I don’t know if they understand customer service as well either
