“I live next to CenturyLink across from the fitness center and they plow me in on sidewalk and driveway. I have 3 slipped disks in my back and am the only one who can shovel. I can't afford a service. My little electric snowblower broke. Yet I made quite certain there was a distinct clearing around my house, where there is a walkpath that is paved, to my mailbox. It is all cleared. The mailman, however, sees it fit to dump packages in front of said snowblower and chuck mail on the ground in the snow. Glad I made the effort. Called to complain, but no one answers the phone. I've had other issues, but this was unacceptable.Update: I made a complaint using the automated service, which surprisingly does have a way to speak to a person. That person was very nice and made an internet complaint for me. Then a very nice gentleman at the Princeton post office called me back the same day. They resolved the issue the following week. I'm upgrading my review from a two to a four. Thank you for resolving my issue.”
“I had no idea the post office could have such challenges with carriers and delivery. I want to thank your office for calling me directly to speak about my concerns and helping how they can. Thank you for your patience this season (and with me).”
