“UPDATE AT END: We got our unit broken into within the last week with over $1000 of stuff stolen. The property manager said the company requires a search warranty from the police to have videos released of security cameras. What the hell? Property manager is responsive but I think it’s out of her control by corporate regulation. At this point police have to investigate further and may not issue a search warrant. Why does this company make it so hard to get police cooperation? With what was stolen, it was likely from someone that has a storage unit at this location. The longer it takes, the less likely my stuff will be recovered. Would not recommend this location, seems I failed to check reviews before signing up.
6/15/24- with the help of the management and local authorities, we had a small enough window (2-3 days) that we were able to pinpoint the culprit with security cameras, police recovered 90+% of our stuff.”
