Had yet another fantastic visit with Rum River Automotive! They’re always great with providing detailed information for responses and inquires and having rentals on hand is good as well.

I was able to get my car in the next day. They replaced my battery, cleaned up area and did an alternator check. They called me when it was ready. When I returned, they were ready and I was helped immediately. Very pleased.

I didn't have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me into thier busy schedule for routine maintenance. Super friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. Price for service was fair. I will definitely return fir service.

Brought in for an oil change that went fine. But my issue is my windshield when I left the car wasn't smugged to all hell it was clear and when I got it back I couldn't see out of it and had to take it to the car wash just to get it to being visible again. I'm not sure what happened but probably not coming back after that. Also was told I need a battery and spark plugs which is weird since not even 6 months ago you did them and I tested my battery when I got home and it's still good.

Overall very trustworthy and they do a very detailed inspection on top of an oil change. Only thing that was missed was the antifreeze that I had to fill but other than that they do a solid job.
