Missy is very helpful and professional. The storage location is convenient and a good place. I moved from California to Minnesota and needed a place to store my house and business equipment. The storage unit fit everything and a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place!!

FIRST OF ALL...Ashley & Lydia, I owe you an apology. I'm sorry for my strongly worded email. Thank you for being so professional!I give Railside Mini Storage a 5⭐ 2 ?? thumbs up rating. I honestly in the beginning had not planned on writing a very good review. I was Very pleasantly surprised by the way this experience turned out. I am Never ashamed to admit when I'm wrong and I was wrong. Lydia and Ashley are kind and very professional their customer service is exceptional! I went to the rental office in person (there's also an option to conveniently Renton storage unit online and make an account so you don't really have to go in but I recommend that you do!) and rented a mini storage unit about an hour or two later I started receiving emails saying that in order to qualify for your deposit back you have to rent for 3 months consecutively. Also ... Now that I'm have more clarity on the situation I'm going to blame Allstate because they were pretty pushy when I opened the email and immediately wanted me to sign for rental insurance stating that I would be penalized if I didn't have insurance and I would be charged a monthly fee for every month that I did not have insurance. If I had my own insurance I was told that I I needed to provide proof of insurance for my rental unit. I was confused because when I went into the office to rent a storage unit I specifically asked about the deposit and was asked if I wanted insurance and was told that I didn't have to have it so when I receive the emails I was upset especially because I had talked to them about it in person I sent a strongly-worded email and felt that I was deceived but these wonderful women were so professional and Lydia text me back saying that this isn't our policy and we were unaware of what it says online and we are going to look into it and change it immediately they were very quick and their response and they were very nice to give me a refund of my money. So in closing I would like to say that if you ever are near Princeton Minnesota and you find your self needing to store your belongings,Railside mini storage is the place to go. They have lots of options it's not too big of a place it's kind of tucked away and there's plenty of businesses around it. I'd feel that my belongings would have been safe there while being in the storage unit.Their prices are reasonable. Reasonable deposit. What was looking to be a negative experience turned out to be a very positive experience! small businesses who are good at their jobs and do their best for customer care and customer service should be recognize. In a world where there is (in my opinion) not a lot of customer service out there anymore it's all automated these women got it right!

This is our second time having a storage with this facility. We needed a 10 x 30 on very short notice and they were able to get us one. The units are clean and well taken care of. They have regular garage units as well as container units. The girls in the office are very courteous and easy to deal with. They are friendly on the phone and were very helpful setting up our automatic payments. We have had no trouble with it the payments processing, and I appreciate the monthly reminder at the end of the month that rent is due and which day it will be paid from my account. I highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs.
