I will taking my business else where. I called to have a tank I had rented picked up. I was told if it was picked up by 4/20 there wouldn’t be a charge. They picked it up and charged me tank rental. When I called they now said it runs on the calendar year. Glad I own my other tank. I’ll be going somewhere else.

Bunch of lying con artists, rip you off every chance they get, horrible service, I'll be taking my business else where and I suggest if possible you do the same, and drop them if you have their so called "service", go to another provider!I asked for a fill which I already paid for mind you, and they wouldn't come out. Well they decided to put it off until it was empty then proceeded to charge me an additional 250$ for an emergency fill and 80 more$ for a tank test , on their tank. When you come pull your tank bring a boom truck cause you're not ripping up my yard like last time.!

Had my propane run out, I was kinda dreading having to pay for the leak test, but they did find one, and Gary and the guys did a great job finding it and taking care of us! I will continue to use federated, all 3 of the guys were great to work with!

I've got a remote cabin down a dicey forestry road and they've always delivered with no issues. Federated accidentally delivered more propane than I'd requested recently. Although addressing this was a bit of a hassle, they were responsive, reasonable, and easy to reach when coming up with a solution.

Federated has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I last scheduled a fill, they changed my account right away, I waited 5 days for the fill and they didn't have enough gas in the truck so they shorted me. I had to call and ask for a refund and it took 3 days for someone to get back to me and 3 days before I received my refund. I just called for a fill as I was at 7% and I have waited 2 days and they can't tell me when I will be scheduled. Even though my last experience with them was terrible because of their mistake, they still choose to continue not to serve their customers when the customer needs them.

Great service, good prices. I don't know where they get their drivers but they are the some of the friendliest, most capable, customer oriented, respectful people I know. Keep up the good work!

Watch out when dealing with the company. I ordered propane on a contract at a set price and I was to be billed for what we order, the sales rep never once stated the contract amount was only good if I bought 250 gallons each time, otherwise I would be stuck paying the current rate, not my locked in rate. Only found out in December when placing my first order that the contract made over the phone in October was not as I was told it would be.Also still waiting for my "contract" papers showing the contract. (Yes, I know this should have raised red flags to begin with.)The website for accounts is not intuitive at all and leaves a lot to be desired.Due to not being able to drop $400 to $500+ down each time we order propane, we are stuck with scraping by this winter and a lot of praying we don't run out.We will NEVER use Federated's services again!The only good thing I can say is our delivery driver gets out to us right away and is very professional, if we could keep him as our delivery guy we would!

If I could give a zero star I would. Can’t believe a company can have such terrible customer service. You deliver feed that’s in paper bags when a clients not home and it’s raining, you don’t call to say you’re delivering it and by the time we get to the bags they are destroyed and feed is everywhere. Not to mention, each time you try to move the bags it breaks. We tried our best to save what we could but even the feed that we were able to put in garbage bags was wet.Poor quality bags and poor quality people that won’t replace the feed bags that were completely unusable.
