There’s a guy that works every once in a while . He makes the process of getting your meds a breeze very professional compared to the others . Honestly wish he just worked there . Thank you I will try to figure out your name to give you the credit where it’s due

It is a pharmacy. They aren't all that friendly but you get your meds and that's about all. They don't always find the time for questions. I do wish Milaca would have stayed open, they were exceptional.

Pharmacy is always clean, well kept, well stocked, and well lit. A couple of employees are friendly and professional. Their prescription bottles along with labels (well spaced out, not squished up) are quite nice and gentle on arthritic hands. Unfortunately, that is pretty much the only good things I can say about them. The following listed negatives / drawbacks are what has resulted a two star rating from me; based on my personal experiences along with my husband’s to date, over the course of a decade on and off:- Store is crammed in space, as they have placed too much merchandise, and so it’s all too easy to catch onto shelf corners, or knock stuff over if you aren’t overly cautious in how you maneuver around the place.- Their service is very inconsistent. To elaborate on this, I have added a few examples that have happened to me or/and my husband, along with other family members and friends several times:- They will tell you that your meds are ready to be picked up, yet once you arrive, it turns out that they haven’t even filled them.- You may be told that it will take approx 15 minutes for your prescriptions to be picked up, which in the end turns out to be a good 45 minute wait (even when there were no other customers around). Frequently, with no apology or explanation provided.- If you ask them to give you a call when your prescriptions are ready to be picked up when you had called in to check on their status, you can definitely expect that half of the time, they won’t follow through with it.- A few employees are very impatient, have a poor attitude, or are grouchy / robotic. Even a couple will cut you off before you can finish asking a simple question (even towards the elderly). They are just there to collect a paycheck, and could care less about the courtesy of thanking you for your business or even just simply saying, “Have a good day”.- A couple of poorly made store policies in place will clash with doctor orders. Affecting pick up dates in particular. Like, if you needed to pick up meds a day early (including those that are not substance controlled) due to going out of town, etc., to which the prescribing doctor authorized, they will NOT fill it early. Even if you are willing to pay out of pocket for (due to insurance set up, etc). Yet other pharmacies such as the one at the (Centracare) Saint Cloud Hospital have no problems following doctor’s orders.- They don’t always stick with the same manufacturer and do not bother to give you a courtesy heads up of a change. In conclusion, if you need to go to a pharmacy once in a blue moon, you’ll probably be fine and have a relatively painless experience with them, but if you need a pharmacy to go to monthly, etc., I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff at this location behave professionally and do their best to manage when they have multiple customers waiting at the same time. I have yet to be treated rudely at this location!

Extremely rude employees except for the gentleman that works there. I hate having to go there, and will be switching pharmacy's.
