Always a great experience. They have down-to-earth staff, who are customer-centered. I appreciate their thorough, transparent diagnostic reports (with videos included), as well as quick service. Their pricing is fair, and I was even given a loaner to use while my car was being repaired. It’s so nice to have a local repair shop I can trust.

I took my Jeep to Jeep 3 separate time where they kept my Jeep for over a total of 3 weeks. Neither of the dealers could find or fix the problems I was having. I took it to Elite as a last ditch effort and sure enough in 3 days they found and fixed everything wrong with my Jeep. I seriously cant express how great or customer service and mechanical service this place has. I wish there were more stars to give!!!!

Super easy to work with. Pictures of issues with an easy to use automated review of things they found wrong with prices included. We’ll be switching service for all our vehicles to them moving forward.

I scheduled an appointment to come in and have Elite AutoCare quote/look at my skid plate that broke.
After looking at my car, they asked if I wanted it taken off since it was hanging - I said yes & after discussing with them about replacement, we both thought it would be fine for today that it does not need to replaced yet.
Once they pulled my car around & were getting me checked out, they told me it was on the house!
I never expect to have services done for free, so this was a huge surprise! I appreciate the customer service, honesty & how comfortable they made me feel.
From now on, I will always take my car to Elite AutoCare.

Sure are salty about tire work. Kranky response when I inquired about mount and balance.

Took my truck there for a diagnostic and it came back with the traction control light on and the alignment set at 45° to the right. They told us we need a bunch of new parts and that our rear alignment could not be done because bolts were seized. My husband loosened the bolts later and said he didnt understand how they could not. Then, he found that the mechanic had left the TC line hanging and it rubbed on the back of the tire which then rubbed through the wire and broke it. Husband mostly reset the alignment which they "couldn't fix" and then went to price a new cable for the TC. See pic for pricing of what the shop broke. Astronomical. He ended up splicing the wires, soldering, and sealing them himself. ??♀️ Unbelievable. We still have parts to fix and still need rear allignment, which is fine because they didn't charge us, but they should not break things and then send the vehicle back to us.
**I spoke with the owner before his reaction below. He accepted responsibility for the damages as it was his mechanics and in no way "my husband". The response given here are lies and twists of ideas to make it appear what it is not. So sad. I told you I did not bad mouth you and still, you attempted to smear the facts. Your local mechanic neighbor was shocked at your ineptitude w/out even knowing it was you. Shame on you for writing lies.

I am so grateful for Elite and Toms help with my vehicle. I got a bad tank of gas and broke down outside of Princeton and I live 4 hours away. Tom explained everything to me along the way and was in constant contact with me regarding my vehicle. I was very reassured that my vehicle would be fixed right. My vehicle has been running great and Tom reassured me that if i had problems to let him know. He has followed up with me after I got home to make sure everything was running good. I am so appreciative of their help and if I didn't live so far away I would have them service all of my vehicles.
