I feel conflicted with how to appropriately review this pharmacy. On one hand, (forgive me, I don’t remember her name) there is a wonderful woman who works here and has gone above and beyond to help in every way she can. Every time I refill my inhaler, she’s just as aghast at the price as I am and tries EVERYTHING she can to help me make it more affordable. Unfortunately to no fault of her own, it never changes. Regardless of that, she always tries and I am so incredibly thankful for her continued kindness and compassion. She is a stellar example of what it means to be a healthcare provider, and I wish her nothing but the absolute best! On the other hand, I have dealt with some extremely rude staff over the years as well. My husband and I have been hung up on many times, spoken to with disdain and treated as if our medical needs are unimportant. It’s extremely disheartening to be treated as such when you’re already experiencing health issues and staring down a potentially hefty bill. My husband is always kind, respectful and cheerful. He is the most patient person I know, yet he has been treated so disrespectfully by some staff members it sickens me. Besides the rampant unprofessionalism, they also don’t call with updates, send texts, update the app, anything. Then when you call about it with questions, you get attitude for even asking. Prescriptions get lost, they claim they never received the prescription order, most of the time it takes days to get your prescription, many times weeks. I am fully aware, they are not all to blame. I understand how messed up our healthcare system is, how short staffed every corner of medical is, and how stressful it is dealing with people who are also stressed and demanding care. I’ve worked in the medical field for many years, so I understand better than most the dedication, patience, and empathy it requires to work in this field. That is exactly why I find this behavior so egregious. I don’t want to support Walmart and their massive conglomerate pushing smaller businesses out of this town; but I can’t deal with this crap anymore. Any medication that I don’t need right away, I’d much rather drive out of town for. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but Coborn’s pharmacy.

Literally the rudest pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. You'd think handling medication, you'd be a little more kind to your patients. Consistently over the last two months of getting my pet's prescription, I've been hung up on the phone with, his pills have been "lost", they don't have the correct dosage, HUGE price fluctuation, etc. Then in adding my own prescription they just "haven't received it". There's one lady in the drive through I see who's so nice, and we'll miss her. But that's it. The younger woman. Rude as get out.We'll be going to Walmarts pharmacy in town from here on out, or until stagging is turned over. This is just getting ridiculous.

This pharmacy has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion! I love all of the staff there as well. They are always so nice!

I've had the worst runaround and lack of communication with this Pharmacy that I've ever had before let alone driving 45 minutes to get the prescription I need in order to not have a stroke there's lack of compassion communication and responsive is very selfish the people that work there are rude

Great company to work for (I worked at store 2019 for 7 years (5years employed)). Quit for personal reasons last year, but still love the people and atmosphere inside.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy everThey take your prescription and tell you to come back when you receive a text that never happens then they don't tell you until it's too late to bring your prescription somewhere else or that you can't because they have already ordered the prescription that they can't fill it because they don't have it. this has happened multiple times, if you don't have it bloody tell the person you can't fill their prescription so they can get it somewhere else medicines are generally needed that day not days later.. Worst customer service ever.

This is my favorite store! The staff are exceptionally helpful especially Caden! Caden is a great worker and very helpful! He always helps me with a smile through his mask! Always willing to help and a great selection of produce.

Princeton Coborn’s made these beautiful cupcakes for my surprise birthday party on Monday. They were filled with either lemon or raspberry, and were almost too pretty to eat. Delicious! They were the perfect centerpiece of the party.

We had a wedding in our backyard and smoked our own meat, but went through Coborns for the coleslaw, beans, deviled potato salad, ice, buns and 2 different half sheet cakes decorated by Ashley that were beautiful and perfect for our day. they delivered all the items to our house in Princeton and were great to work with. They really did a great job and I cannot recommend them enough if you have an event. They delivered the beans hot which was a huge help! Eric and the other staff were terrific and we want to say thank you to you all.
