Just terrible unless you want to pay whole price for a salvaged vehicle.

Avoid Bell. I have paid more for repairs than the original purchase price of my vehicle. On day one, serpentine belt broke. Radiator leak and pan gasket was bad. CV boot has a rip. Transmission fluid (looked new) was too high. Front tires didn't match and one of them nearly blew out due to torn inner side wall. Stay away from Bell.
Paying thousands of dollars for repair hurts. Driving a car that is dangerous is worse.

Bruce is a very reasonable person to work with. When I noticed an issue with my car after picking it up, he took it back and worked tirelessly to solve the issue. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Mini! Thank you!

Purchased a Mini Cooper Steve and Bruce were very friendly and honest. Took great care of me and fair price would defiantly do business with them again.

Beware. This place is a chop shop.

I bought a Cadillac from Bell Auto sales and they lied about doing an expensive service repair replacing timing chains prior to me purchasing the car and they will not respond or reply to the issue. Horrible experience with shady people. Don't be fooled by them....look elsewhere!

We did not purchase anything, but very friendly service and zero pressure. Will consider Bell in the future!

This place is a joke. I went to look at an ATV they had taken in on a trade. The pictures they had posted were like a brand new machine only to find out it look used and abused. Then when Bruce came out to talk to me about it i had explained to him about it possibly needing a new tire cause i was informed by 1 of their employees that it needed to be filled at least 1 time a week. Then the door paneling was broken but said that they "fixed it". The straw that broke the camels back was when i asked him why there was a jumper box hooked up to which he said "oh you only need that to start it, nothing wrong with it". To which by the time he was done saying that he was fed up with my "hard questions" and that i should get the @#&% out of his store and go by brand new if i wanted things to be perfect. I just gave him some advice to maybe list all the problems with something before telling people to drive 2 hours to find out themselves and ask about it. Stay away from this place! Definitely did not want my money. Trash business!

We traveled 2 hours one way to look at a Mustang they verified they had, only two days prior. Upon arriving, their closed sign was on, but we were happy to find the owner there. He claimed to have no knowledge of our phone call, or know that we were coming, or what we wanted to look at. We told him what we were there to see and he informed us that the car was not driveable, as the ABS module required replacement. They had been trying to get one for quite some time, and it kept 'not showing up'. He offered to call his mechanic and see if we could drive it anyways, but when we declined that offer, he mentioned that it had brake that was hanging up and smoking every time someone came back with it. When questioned about the willingness to adjust price given the issues we found (missing spare, mismatched tires, ABS module, hanging up brakes, front main seal weeping oil) he indicated that they 'weren't going to make much on it as it is, and we feel that the price is very good as is'.
A simple phone call to let us know that we may not be able to drive the vehicle in question would have absolutely cancelled our drive, but would have been appreciated.
Do not recommend, will not return.
