Terrible apartment and staff. Zero communication for anything and they just assume you know. Giant hole in kitchen floor that they “can’t fix right now” (it’s been a year). Way too over priced for how bad it is. Go anywhere else!

Pay a little more to find somewhere else to live! I had a fall on their property that resulted in a concussion and 17 stitches. The apartment was in poor condition for the get-go, the hallways smell like weed, our toys were stolen from the dog park, I have seen residents hit their dogs, and I called the police on a couple who was in an altercation on the property. Part of the settlement from my fall was ending my lease early and I received a notice that I owed rent for a month past the agreed-upon move-out date. Super disrespectful. It took them 75 days to get my security deposit back and I wrote a letter to initiate the process. The playground, the paved path around the property, and the club room are nice. But I cannot believe they’re still in business.

Bad vibes off the bat, the lady did not greet us when we arrived, immediately asked for our IDs. When it came to showing them she would not accept a valid temp license to tour saying she was unable to scan anything. So ridiculous, clearly CheckPointID states it just needs a barcode which the TEMP ID has or else why could that be used a form of verification. Other apartments gladly accepted it. The lady is super incompetent, glad we will be steering clear of this place given the amount of BAD reviews it has.

This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had with an apartment community. Michelle is an absolute rock star and will make sure you are well taken care of. The community itself is gorgeous, the apartments are large, affordable, and clean - and the location is unbeatable. I can't recommend Vicksburg enough!

Vicksburg Village is a very nice place to live. Everyone at the management office is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and beautiful.I love the walking paths around the complex, they have several pet stations.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! been living here for two years and finally moved out because I couldn’t take the poor management. When looking at reviews online before moving I ignored the poor management reviews but I should have paid attention to them. It looks nice from a glance but the closer you look there is poor craftsmanship and lazy building all around. This place was worse than my freshman dorm. Couldn’t pay me to live here. So happy I chose to move!!

Never have I ever had an experience like this from renting here. Management is disrespectful, unprofessional, and unresponsive. I don’t appreciate the way my family and I were treated here. Especially with the maintenance team and their refusal to make repairs, also the blocked access to request for repairs. Would NOT recommend to anyone, especially family and friends.

this place isn't good to live at. the building are not kept up and not cleaned, the garage smells like rotten eggs everyday. the management is racist and have no remorse for anyone even their tenants. Michelle should have complaints on her but somehow she still has a job. This scum threaten 3 family's that used to live here and saying " if you don't move out I'll have your s*** in the middle of the road" can't believe that's how they treat people here. also they don't do anything with the car break ins that's been happening in February. Ill skip this apartment if I had the chance

I've been at this complex for a few years now and it has declined obscenely in that time. This is a very poorly managed complex with almost no regard for its residents at all. They do not maintain the sidewalks or parking bays, they let dogs foul all areas and they have have closed all the facilities for years.Worse than that multiple reviews here have spoken about being caught out with changing monthly charges and fees..Do NOT move into these apartments until they change management.

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and would like to share my experience. The leasing and move in processes were easy. I had more questions than the average person and yet the office team (all three of them) were accommodating and polite each and every step of the way. Never once did I feel out off. The move in experience was great; they assisted me in any way they could. The apartment was nice and having those carts to move things up to the third floor are invaluable! The grounds are neat and clean and they do their best to maintain accordingly. The community is in a great location and everyone I’ve intersected with has been pleasant (both team and community).Maintenance has been great and responsive for sure. My favorite part is that the team members there are authentic and very polite. If they can do something they will. Otherwise they shoot you straight and don’t lie and for that I’m grateful.

Worst experience ever, they are good in getting into the Community. Once you are you will suffer, they will not help you out in anything, simply they say they are working on it or we don't have any update as of now or we will let you know if anything changes. Worst experience ever faced. Still looking forward to hear from them

Third apartment I've lived in in the twin cities metro. Management is a mess. Only two leasing office workers for a complex with 350 apartment units. Can only go to the leasing office with an appointment, and it is closed for half of its scheduled hours. Gym and leasing office under an endless renovation project so leasing office is camped out in a unit in one of the buildings indefinitely. Some apartments are renovated, some aren't. Renovated units are decent but cheaply done. Walls aren't square, doors swing open. Some units have wood burning fireplaces which is very odd. Some floor plans are very unusual with weird angles and useless dead spaces.
