Diligent and knowledgeable service.We were making a jump from another provider due to signal coverage within a parking garage, as well as updating our phone equipment, and this turned out to be a larger project than anticipated. But Tom was extremely patient, helpful, and resourceful in terms of minimizing our wait time and getting the most bang for our buck. He went over numerous options and explained all the factors in selecting updated models. Moreover, there were some inexplicable credit clearance delays that prevented us from taking our new devices home right away, but Tom was great at continuing to complete the order and keeping us in the loop as things progressed. Especially for an elderly couple, making decisions on new technology can be intimidating, but Tom did an impeccable job at making things plain and understandable for my parents. We couldn’t be happier with the help we received.

Came in to upgrade a phone and add an internet box to our plan. Everything went great! The internet is working fantastically and got a great deal on our trade in phone. Worked with David and Matt and they were both awesome! Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Very pushy salesperson. Asked me “are you confused about something orrrrr”. As I’m trying to consider my options. Honestly a really weird experience. Drove to a different Verizon 7mins away and got my new iPhone there

Horrible service is just off the bat as I’m walking in behind him. He did not hold the door open for a customer so I open the door yes, how can I help you? I say oh I need a Sim card. put in your passcode and drop it on the table.So I proceeded to put in my code and he’s trying to erase everything I have on the phone and proceed to say I can’t do nothing for you you need to go to AppleSo I go to Apple, and Apple said only thing I need is a Sim card which I try to explain to the Verizon wireless Employee, so I go to proceed to go to a different Verizon and got a simple Sim card. Not my phone is working. I do not recommend to go to this Verizon at all if these employees are still working there.

I purchased four iPhones and lines of service in July 2022. It took them over six hours to activate. When I left the store the four lines were supposed to be active but they weren’t. I had to ported the phone numbers but one of the numbers didn’t belong to us. After numerous trips into the store and then having to deactivate and reactivate the line with an incorrect number, it caused an enormous billing problem. It took them until December to get some of the device credits. I am still waiting for some of the billing to be corrected. Mike, the manager, has informed me that he’s not going to help with that anymore and that I should call customer service. This has been the worst customer service I have ever received.
