Went in to do a return shipment. Brought my item boxed and read to do. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and acted like everyone in there was an inconvenience. There were 4 employees all in a corner talking about something - not helping the line of customers in there. 1 girl working behind the counter. She was rude. Ended up being told I have to take my package to the post office. Might have been a blessing in disguise. I could not have gotten out of there fast enough. Will never be coming back to this location.

Terrible! I placed an online order to make 8 color copies printed. The confirmation e-mail said it would be ready by 2:30 PM the following day. I went there at 3:30 PM, and they didn't have my order nor any record of the order. We verified on my phone it was the correct store and I had an order. They offered to print it for me, but I didn't have a digital copy of the file with. I had already prepaid for this order and they said they had no way of refunding my money. So now I wasted my time driving over there, to not have my order completed, and I will likely have to deal with them through my credit card company to have my money refunded. If these guys can't even complete a simple 8 page copy order, I wouldn't trust them for anything. Go somewhere else.

Female employee acted put out of sorts that I didn’t tape my package before bringing it in. The package instructions did not tell me to so I held off in case my QR code generated a packing sheet. Being kind isn’t too hard, clearly a struggle for this rep though.

Kenny went above and beyond to make sure our "Celebration of Life" program booklet looked just the way we wanted - nice paper, saddle stitched, all the pages looking perfect. As you can imagine, this "Celebration of Life" booklet means a lot to us, we are so grateful to Kenny and team for going that extra mile for us.

Most of the workers here are very flexible and talkable to. The African-American lady and the Mexican delivery dude were very nice. Way better than that mean guy at USPS.
