I had an odd shaped item and I thought I had the perfect box for it but no matter how I tried to wrap it, I came up short. I brought the box and item into the UPS store on Vicksburg and magically Hassnain was able to pack it so well, I was amazed. He was so kind and knowledgeable as to what to use to not break the glass in transit. I give him and his staff 5 stars

I gave a review of a UPS store in Miami that was very negative... So here's the POLAR opposite of that Miami store... The young man that helped me on 6-28-24 was fast, efficient and helpful..!!

In the age of internet the amount of time UPS took to process this simple request is awfully lot. I lost my package almost 3 months ago and to find it UPS opened an investigation eventually only to close it and concluding nothing about the package. Yes, I did not insure my package that is my bad but not delivering a package that is paid for is a failure on UPS part and it is fascinating that it takes so many days even to process a lost package claim check. There is no effort that UPS has put in to make its customers life easier. Very disappointed with the service

First off, this is my go to UPS store for Amazon returns and they are ALWAYS friendly and efficient! Today, I messed up and gave the wrong product for my Amazon return. I came back 10-15 min later and they obviously were efficient and had it processed already. So they willingly went back and sorted to find my package and fix my issue. They are really the best! Thanks so much!

They lie about amazon returns to charge you for shipping. Go to a different store for amazon returns.

I came in for an Amazon return. Unfortunately, my daughter, only a few months old, was very fussy and was having some difficulty getting my account open. The employee helping me could not have been any LESS helpful in this moment. Correcting me on where I placed the infant seat, where I placed my packages, the fact that my package wasn’t boxed correctly. I offered to go home and come back with the item in a box and the employee instead told me, again, that I had not properly brought in my packages and that she would “box it, I guess, even though I should be charging.”I was near tears, dealing with a sick and fussy baby, just trying to get an errand finished before the return window closed. Instead I was met with a total lack for customer service. Will never return to this location. Unfortunate because I’ve used this location countless time. But will use the Vicksburg UPS Store instead.

All staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. During busy times they monitor the line to evaluate customer needs and may redirect you to minimize wait. They are the best!
