We used Brendan to sell my mother's home in SE Mpls. The home needed quite a bit of work - new furnace and plumbing. Lots of "stuff" still inside. Had not been updated in 50 years. Brendan was great to work with, closed on the home quickly at a reasonable "as is" price.
