Tried to return a faulty pet water dish that leaked. Did not have a receipt so thought merchandise credit would be sufficient. I was told they no longer carry this product. The customer service gal was very rude, I understand I didn't have the receipt, just would like to replace it or get credit I said the second time. She refused to even scan the item. Just said they no longer carry it. So I go back to pet area and sure enough, there is the same item on the shelf for sale. Not only lied to but obviously customers are not first when it comes to backing products and keeping us satisfied. Will not return. Which is a bummer. I enjoyed shopping there until this experience. As well as Home Goods and Marshalls.

Why is it so difficult to replace the floor in TJ max. When you enter, you feel homeless. Not comfortable and not pretty.

I'm a big T.J Maxx fan so I was bummed at the state this store was in. There are other locations in the area, I would suggest heading to one of them until they get this store cleaned up. Not only was it dirty, but there were obvious needed repairs to walls and flooring. If you are new to T.J Maxx don't let this store scare you off.

When I was buying my jewelry at TJ Maxx Barb little cashier was so friendly and patient to show me all jewelry and suggested me which suites for me. Also my daughter was along with me Barb little is advising the clothes better suits on her. She is so genuine, nice and gave us very warm welcome!!!
