Their prescriptions are outrageously over priced. I picked up two yesterday at the Moose Lake store and they charged me $59.00 More than Walgreens would have. I called the corporate headquarters and asked if they could make up the difference and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I explained I just had a brain tumor removed and it would not be able to work for the rest of the year but they have no sympathy. Walgreens will be getting my business from now on.

I used to do delivery service for then. This one star is from places who complaint about thrifty white . They are slow, sometimes they sent medication they are not suppose to be sent out. Lutheran home, oak Terrence, vvoj, and many more has to check medications and verity because thrifty white is incompetent and blame everybody except them. Think about this, prime America, t force, Walgreen, the list just goes on and on don't need verification nor do they need signature except thrifty white.They try to blame me for cycle box's not being pick up for delivery until I snapshot it as evidence. Of course they don't get discharge, and nothing happens. They also blame me for not picking up cycle box's from NSV when I keep telling them for two weeks I try picking up cycle boxs. They say I was lying Untill I capture a video from the nurse saying she has no idea what I'm talking and was not infor about it. I had to show a video to one of the toter to believe me. She knows who she is.I hope you read this. Because nothing in the laws that said I can't post a review about your services.We came to this great America to avoid exactly this situation. To be fair, justice and equality for all. But some things never change.Time for a nice winter vacation, perfect timing btw ?

My husband keeps running out of medication. We live at Havenwood of Maple Grove, MN. Jim is in hospice care with Parkinson disease and aspirational pneumonia. For the last 3 weekends he has run out of his duo nebulizer medication.Yesterday he ran out of his prescription cough syrup. It was supposed to be here at 4pm. Still not here.

Really impressed with the covid vaccine clinic here. Easy to set up online and very efficient when on site. The nurses giving shots have all been great with my kids. Very impressed and better than a crowded pharmacy or clinic.

100 Stars!!! We scheduled our Covid Vaccine for our child at this location and it was an OUTSTANDING customer service/customer care experience!!! We only had one appointment scheduled but the very friendly staff here were willing to accommodate my other daughter get vaccinated and even I was able to get my booster without an appointment. We had a very nice gentlemen, in a Santa hat, greet us outside the door, and from there they all took such great care of us, filling out paperwork, forms and providing information. The lady who administered the shots was an expert, no one felt a thing!! I was so happy and overwhelmed with how outstanding the customer care and service was given by all the employees there today. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back here for all future vaccines for our family.

Very poor management, they all need to take classes on HR issues and how to manage. The people there are toxic and if you are not part of there 'click" no one will even acknowledge you exist.. you have HR talking about people in the middle of the room, you have pharmacist talking about how people look and what they are wearing! I highly recommend not working here!! All medication handled and packaged are using bare hands. I felt sick for months working there, not cause the job was hard but because of the people you have to work with were unbearable!!

We use this pharmacy for our patients at the clinic I work at and though most their pharmacists are pleasant, they are not reliable. My facility has called multiple times for medications to be sent out, important medications at that, and we don't receive them for days. I also find, often times I will call about the same med three times and get three different answered as to why it hasn't been sent, none of them being valid.

I had a credit balance on my account. I called twice over a 3 month period to get the balance mailed out but no check came. I had to call a third time today hoping that the credit balance would get mailed.
