Had a great experience adopting our pooch, Winnie(formerly Barbie), from the rescue crew. She was a pregnant stray in Dallas. The process was smooth and prompt. I appreciate that the foster, Sarah, interviewed us as potential adopters to ensure we were a good match. She is such a great addition in our home. Thank you for what you do.

These guys are great! We adopted our little bichon mix from this rescue and they were wonderful. You could tell the foster was good with and took very good care of the dog! I would recommend this rescue.

Amazing people to take in animals. Great facility. They are treated very well here as they wait for their forever homes. We got a healthy and beautiful cat, thank you!

If you like being ignored and condescended, or getting your hopes up only to be disappointed again and again, then this is the place for you. Otherwise avoid, avoid, AVOID! This "rescue" organization evidently expects adopters to be saints--but don't expect to hear back about why you are continually overpassed for other applicants (who also seem to be rejected), or how you might become a suitable adopter in their eyes. Their application has something like 108 questions, and they won't even bother to interview you before rejecting your application--even if you've owned happy pets for decades: and we've taken loving care of cats, dogs, fish, horses, pigs, and chicken. We were trying to adopt a cat. Do the unloved pet population a favor and go to an animal shelter, where you'll be treated like a human being and you'll also actually save a cat or dog from being euthanized. The Rescue Crew isn't in it for the pets; they're a sentimental bunch in it to feel sanctimonious and holier-than-thou.
