Do not buy or bring your truck here for service it's like dealing with the Soviet Union. The technicians aren't trained, The advisors are so poor at communication they forget what they do or commit to, especially John. I don't think he could get a job at a Mexican restaurant busing tables. They don't understand the vehicles nor the warranties. They don't follow through commitments. And treat every customer as if they're an absolute stranger. I told the service manager in sales manager today that it appears they are doing everything possible to shut down this dealership in that they are doing very well

I was easily able to schedule the recall appointment from Superior's webpage. The service center was on-time to receive my truck for work. Superior very easily beat their estimated time to fix. The service wait area is very comfortable to conducive to working on a laptop remotely.

Derek has helped me and my family get into 5 vehicles over the years! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about the service you get when shopping at Superior Ford. They are honest and put you above everything else. There is no pressure to buy and they have always done good by me and my family.

They have an insane shop rate of $260 dollars an hour. You can go to literally any other ford dealer and save 100s of dollars per hours just by choosing another dealer. I ended up taking my truck to north country Ford, 7 miles away and their labor rate is 179. The job my truck needed called for 16 hours of labor, so do the math I saved 1300 just taking my truck from this terrible dealer and bringing it to a real Ford dealer. At the end of the day they charged me 270 for 1 hour diagnosis and 23 dollars shop fee lol. All they did to diag it was hook up to a computer. 0 shop supplies used to diag truck. This place is the absolute worst dealer out of any brand I've ever experienced in my life. Also I asked if they could price match anther dealer or even just give me a break on labor, they told me is there a price is non-negotiable lol. So instead of them making 5,000 dollars on the job they turned that 5k into 270 and losing a customer for life. I'm begging and pleading to you not to go here. Please chose anyone other than them.

Had an appointment for an oil change. A few days before my appointment I called to let them know a recall popped up for the car. I was told shouldn't be a problem (recall involved some reprogramming). My appointment was for 3pm. It's now 5:15 and they're just getting to the oil change. Needless to say this will be my first and last visit to Superior Ford for any service. 2 1/2 hours plus for an oil change is outrageous.
Update - after waiting over 2 1/2 hours the service tech finally came back and told me they were out of synthetic oil and couldn't do the oil change. I couldn't get out of this dealership fast enough.
Update #2 - Saw owner's response. There is no option with your online scheduling for an oil change so I put that in my request for the service appointment. I'd be happy to share screenshots of that with you. No one from the dealership ever contacted me to let me know my appointment wasn't valid. In fact all I ever got was a text from the dealership asking if they could communicate with me regarding the appointment so I assumed everything was ok. Not sure how any of that applies to you being out of oil as that was the root cause of the problem. I guess you're right. This is all my fault. Your response that doesn't take any accountability on your part just confirms I made the right decision to find a different dealership.

Just got done purchasing a car from Superior and I cannot say enough positive things about Catarina or (Cat). She knows her stuff and made the experience informative, easy and fun. Everyone else made us feel welcome and valued. 10/10 !!!

Superior Ford has been my biggest mistake in my life. Brought a new piece of junk Ford Maverick from Superior Ford. Total lack of integrity in both the sales and service department. Tire went bad at 500 miles they refused to help. Just before 3000miles the cover of my passages driver-mirror blow off in a rain storm. Again they refuse to help or record me stopping in. I was a fool and even purchased an extended warranty. Recall on software pulled in twice and they are to busy and need a few hours. The mangers of both sales and service claimed in person and phone they would help but past the issues to others who refuse to help. Both mangers this would be taken care of in May or June they would take care of me and never do. Service staff claim there is no record of me stopping in for repairs or help. Run form this group.

Purchased a used vehicle and was very happy with the overall process at Superior Ford. Salesman was great and communicated with me throughout the process. Felt pricing and negotiations were fair and reasonable as there is a ton of competitive pricing info available and thought Superior priced their used vehicles competitively. No one kept me waiting more than 5 min at any point and appreciated them working through some technical issues at close with their systems. Overall had a great experience and will be back. I believe this is our 3rd car we’ve purchased from SF.

I had a great experience at Superior Ford Plymouth. My Chevrolet Equinox lease had come to an end, and I was hoping to get into a Ford vehicle. I had gone to a handful of other Ford dealerships across the Twin Cities, and not only found the Superior Ford leasing options to be the most affordable for me, but found their service and transparency to be the best, as well. My salesperson, Oliver Harvey, is a great communicator and was very thorough in explaining things to me. I highly recommend him.
I ended up leasing a Bronco Sport for $120 less per month than the offers at competitor dealerships. I feel really good about my experience here, and will be returning when my new lease is up. :)
