Outstanding white glove service, from the email communication and scheduling, to the actual delivery. Ordered a mattress and automatic base from Saatva, and Signature Designer Services contacted me to set up deliver after the mattress was manufactured. Had to change delivery due to illness, and Tracy was very flexible. Jason and TJ delivered today, set everything up, explained the electronics, made sure everything worked and was positioned where I wanted it, and then removed all of the packing materials. Super nice and efficient guys! Highly recommend.

Failed to keep the delivery date/time due to the movers being ill prepared for moving a heavier object. Disappointed as there was little to no communication up front. Failed to deliver on commitments as well as solutions in a timely manner.

It had rained earlier in the day and while the pavement was mostly dry and had no dirt or mud, the delivery crew tracked mud into the house and on the carpet when delivering our Saatva mattress. I suspect it originated from inside their delivery truck. When we informed the delivery crew of the issue, all they said was it had been raining and there is nothing they can do about it. No offer to have someone from the company follow up with us to remedy the issue. They were in a hurry to get out of the house. Had they unwrapped the mattress on the hardwood floor before dragging it across the carpet, the issue never would have happened. Then we attempted to call the offices of Signature Designer Services, but apparently they are closed on Fridays. Ended up calling Saatva and working to resolve the issue through them.

Great white glove delivery company. I love that they really take care of not creating excess waste by recycling a lot of packing materials.

I have to report less than satisfactory service from this company. They were the 3rd party delivery company for my Saatva mattress. While the communication, care, and politeness of the delivery team were great, I was dissatisfied with their lack of masking for indoor work in my home. I had to request they mask and one of the team had to ask for one to comply. We were stop 8 of 8 for their day. Going into many homes without masks all day during a pandemic is not safe customer practice. Also, the "white-glove" service expected was to stay and complete setup and provide instruction. No instruction was given and they left before setup was complete which meant I had to call Saatva and troubleshoot for 20-30 minutes. I emailed the CEO of the company with my feedback and concerns and I never received a reply.

Great company to work with. Had to make a couple changes to the delivery they were making and the office staff was friendly and more than accommodating. Really friendly delivery guys, too. Great job!

They delivered our mattress today and the two delivery men were both very professional and extremely courteous. They carried the new mattress in and up the stairs, removed the old mattress from the bed, installed the new mattress on the bed, and hauled the old mattress away for us. I received a phone call 2 days ago telling me the delivery would be today, a phone call yesterday telling me what time approximately the delivery would arrive today, and a phone call from the delivery driver a half hour ahead of time informing me of the precise time that he would be here. Outstanding service, I highly recommend signature designer services.

Great job! They called the day before to confirm shipment. Then called about 30 mins before arriving. Put together my counter height table set. And cleaned up what mess they had. Very professional. Overall the place I ordered my product from had chose a good shipping company. Hinckley MN
