“Recently purchased another pair of Redwing work boots after a 2+ year run with my previous pair. Leo was my salesman. Very informative and even measured my feet on their fancy machine. I opted for the hard toe which was done on site and boots were ready when promised. “Excellent top notch customer service. I came in to the store after buying a pair of Red Wing boots second hand from someone. They were my size but were hurting the top of my foot. Ryan, the store manager, was SO knowledgeable. He immediately was familiar with the name and style of my boots and knew right away what the problem was. It was a simple as the thickness of socks I was wearing. He let me try on a different pair of thicker socks and my feet immediately felt better. He let me keep the socks even! This is why Red Wing is the best there is. I will definitely be back in for all my work boots and shoes. A+++ across the board. A stellar product backed by stellar service.”
“The guy was prompt, very good customer service. Worked out quickly what I might need. He was very knowledgeable and really gave me a great fitting boot, in the style I liked. We went over soles and he recommended the right ones I do believe. It’s a first time for me getting red wing boots and it was excellent. Really like how they fit work all day standing on feet at O’Reilly Auto. Not enough I could say about the salesman. I will be coming back for more, might be the only place I stop for boots in future, due to how good everything worked and was solved for me. Also love the foot machine, really gave me some perspective.”

I had previously been to multiple other vendors in the Twin Cities and the sales experience and especially the dress selections were really below average which made me anxious about ever finding anything I might like within my budget.Cue Anthropologie.I loved every single dress on the Anthropologie wedding website because the catalog looked timeless, chic, and elegant and this prompted me to book an appointment with a local store (which I was able to secure the same week). The dresses were a bit above my original budget, but what I saw online was so promising that I was willing to go above what I had in mind. Best. Decision. Ever.I nearly wept publicly from relief when I tried on the first dress in the store. The fabric, fit, and design of their inventory is UNMATCHED in comparison to any "traditional" bridal shops in the Twin Cities. The store associates were incredibly helpful, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about styles. They were able to assess my preferences and pulled dresses beyond what I had originally wanted to try, and I loved every single one.Truly so beyond happy with the experience (I found THE dress!!) and will refer my friends to this location for anything wedding-related. 10/10 experience!! “The store looks very neat and clean, and along with the pleasant staff, it makes for a very relaxed and inviting atmosphere. My husband is in big and tall, and he now has options for clothes he's comfortable in and actually likes. He typically struggles with anxiety during anything to do with clothes shopping, but he didn't feel overwhelmed or embarrassed because of said atmosphere and the staff member that helped us. After making a day of appointment with Anthropologie Weddings I was able to find a dress the month before my wedding. I decided I no longer wanted to wear my original dress purchased almost a year prior. I was able to try on as many dresses as I needed to and got great advice from the employees. I ended up ordering three dresses and having them shipped to my house. They all shipped within the week and after trying on my actual size I was able to decide on my actual dress and easily return the other two gowns. The store was helpful with where to get alterations, explanations of pricing/shipping, providing phone customer support, and the next steps.”

“Dressed me last minute for a formal event, put a mid 30s guy in clothes that got multiple comments on how good they looked from teenagers. I think that's worthy of a fantastic rating.They miss 5* just on price. You're absolutely paying for a high quality product, but it's about 20% more expensive than I felt it should be for the kind of clothing you're getting.I will still shop here regularly now, but my wardrobe will be smaller, and I think that's ok.”
