David was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a large number of return packages, each with its own QR code. I came prepared with order numbers, but the process was still slow and tedious—scanning each code individually and printing separate receipts before moving to the next.
Despite how frustrating that could have been, David stayed calm, patient, and kind. In a situation where others might have rolled their eyes or acted annoyed, David made light of it and joked with me along the way about my nonsensical order.
