If I could do 0 stars I would. I agreed to $3200 to paint the box/ bed on my rust free pickup. They said drop it off and we will get it done.I remove the bumper, lights and prepped it for paint. I dropped it off and called 6 calendar days later for an update. Marty said yeah, I have been meaning to call you. He said it will take a lot more time to make the box perfect { meaning more money} I said Marty, I told you this does not need to be perfect, its my work truck. { He didn't listen} I said just do what we discussed. He said ok. I said how long do you think before its done. He said 2 more weeks. I said ok lets do it. Getting ready to leave he the said 2.5 more weeks. I said, you just said 2 weeks? I said I'll just take it somewhere else. He said ok, done in 2 weeks. I said can I get that in writing? He laughed and said no. I said roll it outside Im irritated and done with you guys here. I came back an hour later to pick up my truck and it looked like they took a dirty rag to wipe all there markings off. They basically just made a big dirty smear all over my truck and left it like that. Wow. [ Also, the scope of work had never changed from day one. }

Had an Audi they did not know how to fix it they were supposed to replace my headlight they had to redo it twice then they didn't even adjust the headlights dash light is still on from the damage that was caused in the accident they didn't even take it off

I had to work with the shop on several occasions, the latest experience caused a chain events that caused disappearance of personal belongings, and scratched what was newly painted bumper...where vehicle turned in with sand and thick dusty, dirty condition...which then led to detail cleaning job by the shop's vendor...which caused disappearance of personal items. Service and quality of workmanship has degraded in the most two recent visits over the past a couple of months. If there are alternatives...I would consider taking a look....before turning in relatively newer vehicle to service there.

If I could give zero stars I would.Dropped my car off with $14k in hail damage 9/11/23. Was told it would be 4-6 weeks to repair.10/9- I followed up at the 4 week mark as I was going on a road trip and had been without a vehicle for a month. I simply wanted to check to avoid renting a car if possible. Was told it would be another 4 weeks. At this time I also asked what to do as the insurance company issued the payment in my name. They said I could bring the check in and sign it over to them.11/6- Followed up 4 weeks later and was told it would be at least another 2 weeks. During this call they asked if I had a car and I told them I have been without a car for almost 2 months. They offered a rental and I asked who was paying for that. They said they would pay for the rental.11/15- received a call from the rental company wondering the status. Called and they said another week. At this point this was interrupting a vacation I was on, and a car had been stolen on my block so I was very uncomfortable with having a rental much longer.11/27- contacted again as this was past 1 week from them previously telling me it would be done. They ordered the wrong windshield and said all that was left was the windshield and detailing. It would be done Wednesday. I also asked again about the check because it was only valid for 90 days. They said it shouldn’t be an issue.11/28- I receive a voicemail from my insurance asking if they can cut the check to Sears and said they were told my car was done. I was not told it was done by Sears at this point. Since this was after their hours, I emailed and said since it’s done I will be picking up tomorrow. Also asked why they were asking for the check to be reissued.11/29- received email back the car was done and since my lien holder was also on the check they wouldn’t be able to cash it.Picked the car up that day around 2pm. A bunch of straps from the roof were left dangling- what a nice detail job! (Pictures below) when I went to turn right I got a message that my side camera was not working. They never calibrated the camera. I had returned the rental at this point, so I went in and told them of the issue and said I would not be leaving my car there one more day.They scheduled someone to come out at 8:00am the following day to calibrate the camera.11/30- 8:03am they have the nerve to call me asking where I was. I was literally pulling in their parking lot! Almost 3 months of not having my car and I can’t be 3 minutes late?I was recommended to use this shop by my insurance company and will also be sending this review to them as nobody should have to go through this terrible service.

I took my vehicle here for hail damage at the insurance companies choice.They originally quoted me for 8–10 days for repairs. It was 28 days before I got my car back, whenever I would call, they would constantly just say that someone will call me back, and out of the two weeks that I had been calling every day, only one time did anyone ever call me back. And when they did call me back, they thought I had my car, they did not know that they still had my vehicle.I have trackers in my vehicle that show me when the car is turned on and off and they were turning it on and off every day, so there’s no reason why they would not know that they have my vehicle.Finally, on the day, I got my vehicle back, I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes, and they didn’t even have the paperwork ready for me, I left to go get my secondary driver, and they called me back after an hour, wondering where I went, leading me to assume that I would’ve had to wait there for another hour before they found the paperwork.Once I had my car back, there were all sorts of things out of place, tape left behind on my vehicle, my dash cams messed with, the car roof headliner was not fully secured, and other small things that soured the experience, even further after seeing the quality of work. It was over $10,000 in repairs, and if it wasn’t through my insurance, it would’ve been in egregious waste of money for the quality of work. They even unclipped one of my formats, for whatever reason, and then didn’t clip it back in.Overall, pretty awful experience, would not recommend you take your vehicle here for anything, they seem pretty disorganized, and as though they don’t communicate within their own business.I was thinking about giving two stars, thinking that the people who worked, there were at least cordial, but then remembered that they weren’t empathetic, they didn’t care how long I have been waiting and calling, I was just another number to them.Service: Body & Trim

Do not use this body shop! I made an appt, weeks in advance, they told me that they needed 1 day to get the rear window. They have had my SUV for 12 days and it hasn't been moved in 11 of those days. I have called for an update 3 times and Dave never called me back. My rental is almost 100$ a day and my vehicle is just sitting there. I will never use them again. I called again today and the woman at the front was so rude and not empathetic. AVOID THIS SHOP!Update: My car was completed on 9/18/2023, 21 days after I dropped it off. I had 1 request of them through this, which Dave told me he would write on the paperwork. I wanted the glass to be held on to, because it was just scratched, not cracked. He said that it was not a problem. When I picked up my car there was no mention of this and Dave told me "they already threw it in the dumpster, I don't know what to tell you". Seriously avoid this shop.

Zero stars.Worst experience in a long time. Shop is very unprofessional. Shows a lack of consideration and basic communication.Brought my collector vehicle to this location to make sure the job was done right. Job was delayed for months based claim of lack of communication between shop. The shop passed the buck to insurance, but made zero effort. They claim they are busy, yet this deceptive, they may be busy, but that doesnt merit this lack of accountability.I have full glass coverage, zero deductible. After waiting many weeks with no follow up, i called receptionist on 3 way call with safelite and felt like i did the shops job for the shop.Claim is was always fully approved. According to safelite.Yet work is now approved.Weeks later still no follow up i call to verify the complete job will be addressed, correctly inspected. Get inspection , told they couldnt replace a necessary component , sunshade slider, because wouldnt have to drop the headliner. Turns out you do have to drop the headliner to reach the sunroof on my model. Shop shows zero interest or awareness of the situation. I continue press and to follow up again. As i want this fixed. This time I am stone walled by the receptionist with an odd attitude who now claims after this waiting that this part is unachievable from the dealer and thus they wont touch my car. This took months to realize ??I get zero update , zero respect, at best, a bland apology from the shop manager.After months of me waiting, respectfully.Cant even pick up the phone or connect thedots? What a mess
