From the moment I walked into this exquisite nail salon, I was completely captivated by its ambiance modern, serene, and immaculately clean. The elegant decor, soft lighting, and subtle fragrance created a spa-like atmosphere that immediately set the tone for an indulgent and luxurious experience. The front desk staff welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer. Every detail, from the chilled refreshments to the plush seating, was thoughtfully curated to ensure ultimate comfort.
The technicians here are truly artists meticulous, skilled, and incredibly attentive. My nail technician took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering expert recommendations while never rushing the process. The precision of her work, especially during the cuticle care and shaping, was second to none. I chose a custom gel design and was absolutely blown away by the flawless execution and intricate detailing. Not only did my nails look stunning, but they also felt healthy and well-cared for.
One of the standout elements of this salon is their use of top-tier products and tools. Every product applied to my hands and nails felt gentle, nourishing, and clearly of the highest quality. Book an appointment with Tina! Hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My big toe had one long nail and one nail that had always been super short. Tina is the first nail professional to ever make my toenails the same exact size. I will not go to anyone else. Thank you! Great job!

I have been going to Rose Mails for about 9 years. I have Roce do pink & white on my fingernails. I don't care who does my feet but for pink and white? ON:Y ROSE! She takes off all previous and starts fresh every time. No marks from where the nail has grown out. Perfection!!! The pedicures are great too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These folks have such a wonderful place, staff, and customer care! The gel Mani/pedi's last so much longer than other places and they are perfectly done each time. My daughter and I love the atmosphere and workmanship. Such a wonderful place to relax and know you will be taken care of. I always get so many compliments on my nail art.... I recommend this location to everyone I show my nails too!

Friday, January 12th was our first and will be our last visit here, which is a shame as it's close to our new home. My daughter had an appointment, so I planned on just visiting with her as I only had an hour before I had to pick my son up from school. The owner assured me they could get a gel manicure done in time for me to pick up my son, so I ultimately decided to get my nails done. The woman doing my nails was polite and smiled a lot, however, she cut one of my fingers in three places trimming the cuticle. As it was cut in 3 places, it bled for quite some time and she ended up putting super glue along my nail and around my cuticle to stop the bleeding, it was a chunky, bloody mess. I reminded her I needed to leave to pick up my son soon as it had been 50 minuets and she had not started polishing my nails. Once she began polishing, she kept picking up the UV machine and setting it on top of my wet nails, instead of leaving it in one place and having me slide my hand in. This caused her to redo the polish on a couple of my nails 3 times. She did not clean the bloody super glue off, instead left it chunky and messy and the polish was mixed with blood and glue. A day later, the super glue with blood is still there and in the polish. There was no clean up after the polish. On some nails the cuticle was flooded with polish, some nails polish is missing along the sides or has little pockets of missing polish in the corners, and some nails it flooded over the sides. The nails were all uneven and messy. Ultimately I had to leave to get my son after an hour and 10 minutes for a basic gel manicure which was incomplete; no lotion, no cuticle oil, just a bad polish job. I let her know I would return in 10 minutes for her to finish and I would pay at that time and pick up my daughter. When I returned, she did not complete the manicure or even provide lotion to go; instead she had moved on to another customer. The owner knew what was going on as she was doing my daughters nails and asked if my finger was ok (no, it was not) but still charged me full price for a manicure that was not only incomplete, but looked horrible with uneven polish and the glued on blood and mess. Prices are also high, and you are charged more than the sign and menus in the salon. They also charged an additional $15 to remove old chipped gel polish on a couple of my daughter's nails despite her getting a full pedicure and gel manicure.

Made a same-day, last min appt to get my nails done before going out of town. I love their selection of colors and their prices are comparable. I just did a gel polish change, but she also shaped & buffed my nails as well as trimmed my cuticles, all for under $30! Please note that you must already have gel nails to be able to do the cheaper polish change, otherwise you'll need to do a full gel manicure. Love my Barbie inspired nails!!
