They have repaired several high end stainless props for me over the years and always have done a perfect job.
Will use them again next time I venture into uncharted problems.
In fall 2025, it took two weeks door to door for the repair, sent in from NH, which I feel is satisfactory. Shipping service makes it easy.

Worked with a young man named Donovan to get a re-furb prop and the tools shipped expedited to Arkansas to hopefully salvage my week long family vacation camping at the lake. Super helpful, accommodating and just overall spectacular customer service. Assuming the prop arrives in the ship I anticipate, will likely be using them to refurbish the prop I unfortunately bent while backing off the lift to have a swappable spare. I did a google search for CLS300 powertech cushionlok hub/driver. They showed it in stock, available, ready to ship. Ordered it June 26, Thursday. No emails confirming order. Called them Friday to confirm order recieved. They got it. Waited through the weekend and Tuesday no communication. Called and inquired Monday as to when I would get it. Well it’s drop shipping from supplier (Powertech the Manufacturer). Called Tuesday, I called again after no shipping emails and Jesse, told me they would check and call or text me back. NOTHING. I called powertech and said they had nothing. I called back on Wednesday, talked to Donaldon (sp). He helped. Took all my information, Checked with Powertech, called me back and said I should have it tomorrow (July 3rd). Well on July 2nd, after talking to Donaldon, I get an email from UPS that my shipping label as created. Then I get an email that evening that I would be receiving my item on July 6. I should have just ordered it from Powertech. Obviously it wasn’t in stock, and it’s taken a week and a half.

Wow I had a 92 prop that was spun they said my best option was a new one which they had in stock I couldn't believe it nice price it was a great experience don't always find that. Thank you very much

Had our Skeg repaired and the gentleman who helped us went above and beyond in customer service. We would definitely go here again for any future prop/skeg needs. Very reasonably priced, too!

Since I am over 1hr from them they allowed me to drop off and pick up on a Sunday. Payment was done over the phone. Best price by far, and the entire experience was fantastic.

I called Prop MD to ask a few questions about a new prop I was considering. I had an idea what I was looking for, but wanted to ask a professional their opinion on what size/pitch to get. I spoke to Brenton when I called and he was extremely helpful and confirmed my idea of what I thought I needed and suggested a prop they had that would work well for my situation. I really appreciated that they weren’t trying to get me on the most expensive prop they had, but, was focused on finding me one that would work well for me. I don’t buy anything without researching it first so I thought on it for a night and decided that it was going to be a good fit for me and was in my budget. I called back the next day and spoke to Donovan, who helped me finish placing my order and shipping it to me (I live in southern MN and didn’t want to drive all the way to Plymouth to pick it up). The transaction went extremely smooth from beginning to end and they shipped via Speedee Delivery and I had the prop in my hands the next day. Fantastic service all around, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received from both people. I’ll spend my money on a “local” MN business any day over an online store like Amazon with service like this. A+ in my books, thanks guys!
