I recently ordered four tires online and had them shipped here to be installed as well as an oil change last week. I purchased a 10 year old vehicle recently and wanted to replace the TPMS sensors inside as well while they had the wheels off so I bought some of those and when I dropped the vehicle off, they told me it’ll be no problem to put my sensors in. When I picked it up, they started asking about what I paid for the sensors, what brand they were, and then they told me that they couldnt program them with 3 different scan tools.. all without notification or phone call. I wanted the sensors replaced because the vehicle is 10 years old when I got back into the vehicle, they had not even opened the box with the TPMS sensors or even attempted to install them. I purchased pre-programmed sensors that were made for my vehicle. Shouldn’t have been any issues at all! I asked that they reset the service interval light after the oil change and that was not completed either. Went to Amazon and purchased a scan tool myself and was able to turn the light off. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location and I work across the street and if this is how they treat their neighbors, I am terrified to know how they treat strangers. I’ll spend the extra money to go to the dealership next time. These guys don’t care.

We had vehicle trouble on 494 and thankfully were able to pull off a ramp that landed us close to this auto business. It was only a few minutes before closing time, and these guys were kind, helpful, and top notch. Weston never hesitated helping out, even though we didn't have an appointment and it was close to closing time. They plugged the car into their scanner, looked up the code to help diagnose the problem, and let us know if we were able to operate the vehicle safely an hour back home. We were so grateful for these guys in how helpful and willing they were to help us quick before closing time. Top notch customer service today! Thank you!

I had a tire light go on after a 12 hour drive from Indiana and despite thinking it was fine I wanted to double check. Called and talked to Wes (?) who said I could come right in and they'd check it for me. Checked all 4 tires, boosted the air and assured me it was fine. Didn't charge me at all and were incredibly kind. Lobby was clean and comfortable, and based on my quick interaction I'd definitely come back!

These guys are awesome. I had a brake job done elsewhere, and the mechanic didn’t tighten the caliper bolts down properly, and forgot to put one in, they were loose. My left rear caliper was flopping around. I took it here about an hour before they were going to close on a Friday and they had some extra caliper bolts they were able to use and they tightened the loose ones down. Paul explained everything to me. He really helped me out and so did the mechanics.
