Super Annoying, just trying to get my account number over the phone and they won't give it to me. Thankful I only have an HSA account through them. I certainly will not be dealing with them more in the future! They tell me the only way to get access to my online account is to go into a branch, even though I have my ATM card/ SSN,, etc.

I called regarding my account and left a message for my banker Carrie. She was on the phone and called me back promptly. Before calling me, she reviewed my account and already had the answers to my questions so I did not have to wait. Furthermore, I asked about current credit card products for my banking needs and she knew all the products including their rewards programs and was able to explain them clearly to me. Wonderful personal banking experience and I did not have to go through any phone prompts!!! Definitely recommend!

Just changed my rating grim 5 stars to 2 stars because Saturdays are often the only times I am able to do my banking. This bank is CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! Even the drive-through is CLOSED OON SATURDAYS!
