Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out and explained the process from start to finish. Once the house was on was on the market we were excited to see so many showings in the first day let along receive 4 offers in the first day considering the time of year we decided to sell our home. Jeff did an amazing job and I would recommend him to all my friends.

I could not have better things to say about Jeff and his team. As first time home buyers, the process can seem very daunting but Jeff took the time to answer all of our questions and meet with us often to make sure we found the perfect home (which we did)! We loved working with this team- specifically Jeff. We were looking for our “retirement” home. Jeff was very patient as we went through the process of trying to figure out what that looked like for us. He assisted us every step of the way to help us solidify our vision. If a home didn’t seem right for us, he would advise us as such. It’s easy to get caught up in thinking that this home is “good enough.” Jeff encouraged us to be patient and not settle.When the right home came on the market, Jeff was there every step of the way. There are a lot of steps to purchasing a home and we were able to relax because Jeff made everything easy and we so appreciated his attention to detail.Bottom line- we love our new home. The Mooney Smart Peterson team was exceptional when it came to selling our home. A definite 10 stars!! We had a short timeframe to sell our home and they exceeded all our expectations during one of the most stressful times of our life. Jeff Smart was our agent for a spur of the moment house search. Within 4 months we went from looking at cabins to lakeshore homes to a house with fewer stairs, finding a beautiful home and then selling our townhouse! This is the second time Jeff was our agent and we can't think of using anyone else. He led us through all the steps of purchasing, financing, closing and selling our home with patience and grace. We were also selling as we moved cross country, and as the market tanked. This was a frustrating and fraught situation.
