But Tom was extremely patient, helpful, and resourceful in terms of minimizing our wait time and getting the most bang for our buck. He went over numerous options and explained all the factors in selecting updated models. Moreover, there were some inexplicable credit clearance delays that prevented us from taking our new devices home right away, but Tom was great at continuing to complete the order and keeping us in the loop as things progressed. Especially for an elderly couple, making decisions on new technology can be intimidating, but Tom did an impeccable job at making things plain and understandable for my parents. We couldn’t be happier with the help we received.”
