Completely messed up the paint on my car. My car hasn’t been to another drive through car wash in over 2 years. I have so many scratches and swirls in my paint that I don’t think a pro detailer can get them out.
The Plymouth location is especially bad. I’ve used other locations and they seem to be much better.
Save your car and stay away.

This is a fast and friendly car wash. I’ve been subscribed for their car washes for two years now and it only gets better.

Very disappointed by the lack of customer skills the young man had who I purchased the wash from. I asked for bug spray on the front of car and he casually sprayed the window and only the left side of car. Through the car wash I barely got any soap on the car. Plenty of water left on rear of car that the blowers didn't get off. Sure enough there was plenty of bugs left on front of car that the attendant didn't get with the bug spray. Not coming back.

Not impressed with this $32 car wash. I asked them to vacuum my kid’s car seat and they didn’t. The inside of my windshield was smeary, like they used a dirty rag with wax on it. The exterior of the car was still dirty - a couple of spots and dust left on the back. I have lower expectations of a $10 automatic car wash, but $32 should give me a pretty darn clean car!

Busy place on a sunny day. Wish the vacuums worked and weren't always down. It's hit or miss lately if the scanner works on your window.

They were nice and friendly I was upset that they did not have raggs and window wash for customers, being that my locations in my home town provide them in Atl, Ga and they made me happy ?

I watched supposed coworkers strangling each other out. If this is how manager JOSH MALY allows people to treat others here I don’t want to support it.

The attendant at the entrance was friendly. The employee at the entrance to the wash took time to spray off the front and rear of my vehicle.
