I had my Highlander repaired here. The repairs look great. Alex kept me updated throughout the process. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and easy to work with. There was a slight issue with the amount of time that was told to me in the beginning of the process, but Luther Collision made up for that time. Thank you.

John Tubesing did a grest job working through the challenges of sourcing parts needed to repair my vehicle. This took over a year, which was longer than i ever imagined it would take. When i called concerned with the delay of repair, he updated me and tried to provide any information he had to explained the delay. They were finally able to get the door repaired 18 mths after the accident and my filing the insurance claim.
A month after the repair I noticed a paint chip -- i called him and he repaired the chip at no cost .
All in all it was a pleasant experience working with them even though it took over a year due to part availability.

Went here to get my Tiguan repaired after my garage door malfunctioned and came down on the antenna that sits on the roof of my car. Everything started off ok. However, I am very dissatisfied with the communication and customer service I had with my representative throughout the repair process. Every time I would call asking about how far along they were, I feel like I never got an accurate estimate. I guess I just wish repair people understood that customers want their vehicle back ASAP. I feel like they took their sweet time and assumed I had a loaner vehicle or rental, which I did NOT. At the very least, when it was ready, I do feel like I could’ve picked it up a day or two before but unfortunately, every time I would call, they would just transfer me directly to the same person, as if nobody else in the entire office could tell me if my vehicle was ready. I rely on my vehicle for a lot and I would’ve appreciated them getting it to me as soon as the work was finished.

Exceptional follow up. Had an issue with a repair and a manager named Todd gave me a call and went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation. Due to my location and current situation is was difficult to reschedule. However, that was on me and not Luther. Todd extended his sincere apology and advised if there are any further issues and I need assistance to give him a call. Great example of loyalty and caring about their customers. Even though I had a less than desirable experience, the follow up and intent did make up for it.

Worked with Alex Provo to get my GMC Acadia fixed from a person backing into me. Had a rental car all lined up and kept me up to date on how things were going. I was surprised when I picked up my vehicle that they had detailed it inside and out! I can't wait for the snow!

Extremely satisfied with the work they did on my RAM truck. I was happy not only with the outcome but also with the way they performed the repairs. I found them to be very professional and easy to work with. In my case they allowed me to talk with the tech about questions I had prior to work being done. Would definitely use them again!

Good from far, far from good. The more I look the worse it gets. Took my Tacoma in to get dent repair from a small branch falling on it. They repaired the dent but lots of missed details following the repair. Repainted the front fender and the door, lots of dirt specs in the portion they painted. Took off the door edge guards and and put the old one on leaving gaps between the door and the guard. Replaced the door pillar trim, uneven with the rear pillar trim and leaving bumps in the decal. Biggest issue was they gave me the truck back and upon walking up I noticed the a-pillar was scraped down to bare metal, this was fixed after the fact but should have never left their shop to pass on to me. Seemed like all of this could have been avoided if they just replaced the fender instead of just pounding the dent out. Considering this truck is only a year old I am very disappointed in the quality of work.Services: Painting

Went in to replace the windshield. Folks were friendly and it was very easy to schedule an appointment, they were quick to address the water leak concerns I had with the initial installation.First windshield installation, they broke a couple clips on the windshield cowl and water was getting past the urethane seal and leaking water into the dashboard area. This was within 2~3 weeks of installation after I noticed a musky smell following a rain storm. If this happens to you, make sure to get air flow from fans on the carpet to dry it out ASAP and remove the under carpet floor plugs if you need to drain a puddle's worth of water. Photo of cabin filter shows water on the filter element after I poured water on the windshield to confirm the windshield seal failed.Went back to have the leak addressed and they installed a second windshield. This was installed well, no leaks, I'm happy with the workmanship here. However, the clear coat on the front fender was lightly scratched all over. Photo shows a part of the scratches near the A-pillar but it was like this all along the fender, from the front by the headlights to the back by the A-pillar. I fixed this by buffing out the scratches.With both installations, there was a film on the inside and outside of the windshield which made visibility difficult and dangerous when it was raining. Cleaned the windshield about 3 times with isopropyl alcohol to remove the film.I appreciate their effort, but there are gaps in the results. Perhaps an update to their procedures or training can prevent broken clips, seal failure, water intrusion, blurry windshield films, and scratched paint.

I brought my car in at 7:30 AM for a windshield replacement. Around 8:30 AM they came and told me the install didn’t go well and they ended up breaking the new windshield in the process. It is now 10:45 AM. There is no update on my car. I will never do business with Luther again.
