So much space between the end of the nail and where the polish ends. It's makes it look like it was done weeks ago. Paid extra for the volcano which said it includes a 30 min message but the whole thing from start to finish was 30 min. Very rushed and did not feel welcomed.

The worst experience ever. I do not want to blame the technician because she tried so hard. You should hire a person who can perform the bare minimum. It took me 2 hours to get my nails done which affected my plan for the day. I bled during cuticle cleaning. French tip wrinkled up during sessions, she had to wipe off all and start over. I see so many dirts locked in my gel nail that I didn’t notice at that time. I regret spending $90 at this nail salon. The owner really doesn’t seem to care about anything.

The lady that did my pedi was on the phone pretty much the whole time, she never acknowledged me, didn't ever say hi, never asked me any questions like did I want my nails trimmed down? We had an appointment, when we walked in and stated such we were told to sign in and pick out a color, we had never been there before and asked about signing in nobody responded to us, finally another customer spoke up and explained it to us. We were then told to have a seat in a number chair where we sat for almost 30 minutes nobody saying a word to us, nobody apologized for a delay, no nothing. anyways when we went to pay and leave they charged my niece for both our pedi's when I said I was paying separate I was told to bad your daughter paid for you, Merry Christmas. I found it extremely rude that they were demanding people pay tips in cash even telling people to go to an ATM to get cash. The polish job on my toes is not great on some toes it doesn't even go to the edges, and some of my nails were cut crooked or maybe even half cut I'm not even sure TBH. That's my review of this place I would probably choose to spend my hard earned money in a different place next time.Service: Pedicure

I would not recommend this place for brow waxing. A few other moms that I met at Plymouth Lifetime said they had a good experience so maybe it was just an off day for the tech? I personally only decided to use the salon for a brow wax because I didn't have time to find a babysitter and one of the benefits of LifeTime is using KidsAcademy while I use their amenities. It was super dark in the room so I'm not surprised that my brows came out uneven. I only wanted to clean up my brows and tint them, but after seeing how bad my brows were I canceled the tint. The tech also waxed off my skin so now I have scabs under my brows/right above my eyelids. 2 stars because the staff were very nice.

My experience was poor the lady is very rude and the staff kept moving my hand with a heavy force and she doesn’t care. I would never ever come here or advise anyone to come here againServices: Pedicure

Not very friendly and wouldn't return. We had appointments first thing on a Saturday and there were other walk-ins. Not enough staff and no pleasantries exchanged about the wait or services.

I want to start by saying that I don't get my nails done too often. But when I do, I like to stick with what works (tried & true). When my regular nail salon did not have availability, I branched out and tried Lifetime nails and spa. I called ahead to check if they would accept a walk-in. They were very accommodating over the phone and in-person. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming right away. Technicians were adept and quickly worked with you to find the right fit. I got the gel manicure and was very happy with how it turned out (photo attached!). The color was Pearl Pink (081) by DND and I think it looks especially good with my medium-tan skin tone! Will definitely be making this the new tried and true.

Lilly does an amazing job on my nails every time! I have had all of the women do my nails there and they are all wonderful. Clean, professional, friendly and my nails look great! I highly recommend Lilly to all of my friends and clients!

Went in for a full set, Amy was rude right from the start when trying to convince me to change the style I wanted claiming I didn’t understand. She then started to a coworker about me and my design and I knew it was bad. She proceeded to yank on my hands while doing them. She cut them extremely short (I have NEVER had them so short to where I can see my skin under the nail when I hold my hand up), burned my skin on one finger to now I have a welt and it hurts extremely bad, 2 made 2 of my cuticles bleed and to top it off she spilled the purple liquid cup and got it all over my brand new phone. What should have taken an hour to hour and a half max took almost 2 hours. It was a simple design (attached photo) and she messed it up by putting glitter on the heart instead of the diamonds like the picture. I will never be returning to this salon! I knew my mother and I should have walked out when she accused me of not understanding. Ruined my day as I went for my birthday today with my mother.Services: Nail art

I have been doing my nails at home because I no longer go into nail salons. I decided to give them another chance today. My nails were the longest they have ever been and so healthy and I asked several times for her to keep them long. She instantly cut them all off and so that short they hurt. The service for a gel manicure is $25 as she told me. Every single time I put my card in they charge me $6 extra. I was furious and she could tell and even asked "want to add a little something for me?" No. I am no longer supporting any nail salon.
