I very much appreciate having this store so close to our home and the Plymouth Ice Center, where my kids and I skate. I like the point system from purchases, their Wiggle hat selection, the plethora of sticks and gear, lots of apparel, and free sharpening for a year with the purchase of skates. When the year expired in my daughter's last pair of skates, we opted to purchase sharpening for another year for around $65-70 (don't recall exactly) which is a very good deal for someone who plays hockey year round. We also purchased the same deal for my son's skates, who plays hockey most of the year. The service is personable and never pushy. It's an awesome store and I am sure us locals are thrilled to have it nearby.

Needed some youth hockey skates and were helped with excellent service by a very knowledgeable hockey player. It's clear he has a passion for the sport and knows the products he sells/helps to fit (unfortunately we forgot his name but he plays for a local high school team). We didn't experience any hard upsells or pressure, just a genuinely great experience with someone who loves hockey.

Unfortunately I got my skates sharpened here twice on their Sparx skate sharpener. The first time, I had no edge on my right skate, then the next time, no edge on my left skate. Never again.....

Went here for some skate sharpening. Staff was very helpful and got it done in no time, even though there was a considerable line ahead of me. One of the cheapest prices around, and the skates are nice and sharp! Highly recommend

The staff is great! They have a lot of current and former players on staff who know the game. We’ve never had an issue with returns or exchanges and have always had great service.
