Too pushy about signing up for Kohls cash. I was not aware the lady at the register was trying to sign me up for it until she asked for my email address. I saw that she scanned a bar code and said she would "give me a discount" but she did not say what it was or how much it was. I promptly told her to cancel entering my email address because I did not agree to sign up for anything! She assumed I wanted it without asking me, also did not give me a bag for my purchase. Set the reciept on top of my purchase and walked away, how rude! There needs to be better communication! This is why I don't shop at kohls often because they are too pushy about kohls cash or credit cards....no point in having kohls cash when I don't shop there often enough to use it. I usually tell them no, but this lady didn't even ask just started pushing buttons. I don't appreciate that.

Kohl's is a wonderful place to shop at & low prices on everything. But they are NOT good at letting you return an item WITHOUT a receipt. Because u wont get the correct amount for the Item, especially when it was a Gift.

I don't shop here often, and we never had an employee offer to help us find anything. They could see we needed assistance but just walked past and ditched into the back before you could catch them with a simple question. Linens were overpriced (I think), but now a days everything is priced high everywhere. We had the same experience at one of their sister stores. It's annoying trying to buy anything cause they pressure you to sign up for email notifications and cc applications.

A lot of sales in the store but a few things are still pricey. The store is quiet and empty. Clean floors.

An OK average kohls. Excellent parking. Usually, there is lots of stock of what you're not looking for and no stock for what you are specifically looking for. Common in Maple Grove stores. Kohls coupons work mainly on house brands and almost no name brands. If you're in store and they're out of stock, you can get free shipping based on your in store GPS location when buying through their app.

Google search indicated Kohl’s as a carrier of the item I did Google search on. They did not. I don’t believe they carry that brand at all. This is why ppl shop on Amazon for everything!
