“Tom is the best!! My husband and I went to The Tile Shop and other tile stores multiple times trying to decide which tiles to use for our basement shower but to no avail. Then, we talked to Tom. Game changer. He listened to what we wanted, informed us of what types of tiles are better to use where (floors v walls), and he let us know what tiles and styles are considered timeless based on his extensive experience as a tile designer. He was patient with us when we were indecisive, he was never pushy, and he was funny and personable! The Tile Shop has a great selection of tiles and model showers to view, but Tom really helped us figure out what we wanted. Highly recommend! We definitely will be going back to The Tile Shop to work with Tom again whenever we remodel the other bathrooms in our house.”
