Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP) is a human service nonprofit that strengthens our community by meeting basic needs and equipping individuals and families for ongoing stability. Interfaith lives out the values of collaboration, inclusion, and integrity. The organization has served people living in the eight Twin Cities west metro communities of Hamel, Long Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth (west of 494) and Wayzata since 1979. This 501 (c ) 3 nonprofit started as a small food shelf and has now become a critical resource in program areas including food, family & financial assistance, housing & neighborhoods, education & youth, employment, and more for thousands of families each year.
