I had an appointment with banker. There were only 2 people working in the building but they did an excellent job considering their circumstance. Don’t be so hard on them. They’re trying to find help.

We had an appointment with a bank employee at 2 pm. We waited 35 minutes, this bank employee came out and said that her working day had ended. I don't understand why we had an appointment at 2 pm? It's just unprofessional.

Scheduled an appointment slot with banker for 2pm, was told that it was for an hour long. Waited patiently for 35 minutes. Banker came out to tell that her work day ends at 2:30pm. Waisted my time.

This branches avg rating should be higher; stopped in to get a cashiers check Saturday morning. No wait and helpful, friendly and knowledgeable service.

I made an early morning deposit in the night depository. I had to call the bank to get them to look in it and actually make the deposit. The employee I spoke with didn't even know the night depository existed. To top it off, the key was left in the night depository box! How about a neon sign on top of the bank that says "free money"!?

Each time the tellers are very friendly and move as quickly as possible. They were even kind enough to call me and let me know when I forgot my ID there!

I never leave reviews but the difference between using this bank 2-3 months ago and now is genuinely shocking and as with most things, I don't blame the employees its the management at fault here.

When Huntington bought out TCF Bank everything went downhill. After being a customer for over 15 years with 2 business accounts and 2 personal accounts we will be closing all of our accounts. They have made banking a miserable experience after requesting new signature cards and corporate records that were on file and according to them no longer exist. To simply even make a deposit or cash a check is now a 10 -15 minute process and, as well, the internal staff is rude and does not demonstrate caring or customer service.

Bought out TCF and instantly things fell apart. Lobby closed "for covid" but no masks required? It's probably because they are low on staff due to firing/quitting. Can't get an appointment because they're all booked up, phone help takes an hour to get a non answer. Going to close my account as soon as I can, which likely won't be for a while judging by customer service.
