“We were excited for a switch up in our routine but the concierge wasn’t very thrilled about being there. Made me feel weird. Also, our room had janky air conditioning that kept waking me up, a clogged drain so we were stepping in our dirty water the whole time while showering, not enough full bath towels and a subpar breakfast.Keys were also super fidgety. Two good things about our stay: Lucky 13’s & comfy bed.Definitely will spend my money somewhere else in the future.Noteworthy details: Attention to detail was definitely lacking!”

“Just there for a day conference as a PCA for my client, but there are many issues. First, the handicap accessibility is lacking on the public restrooms; doors are heavy and weighted to close, no handicap door openers. Plus, the restrooms are too small to easily maneuver a wheelchair around in and safely access the handicap stall. As my client had other friends staying at the hotel, we found out that handicap rooms are furthest from the conference rooms and closer to the pool area. This poses a problem for those without a motorized mobility device to get to the events they want because of distance. When I brought up my concerns to the management, I was informed that the hotel was built in 1983, so it wouldn't have to have those features. I found this to be a poor excuse for not upgrading to meet ADA requirements.”

“The hallway itself had large black spots and smelled like they were cooking ethnic rice down the hallway. When I walked into the room it had a funky smell the furniture was chipping the ceiling was falling apart with mold.”

“Positives---Location, comfy beds, freshly baked cookies in front lobby. Two pools on site, hot whirlpool. Friendly staff, Kelly Mc is excellent and clearly enjoys working with people.Concerns: Secondary outside doors not locked at night, no towels in pool area, no phone in room, customer service is by text. This would concern me if I were an elderly traveler who didn't have or know how to use a cell phone. No clock in the room or the pool area. Breakfast worker did not speak English, not his fault at all,. He needs an English speaking co-worker or mentor. Breakfast fruit featured apples only. No yogurt available.Bottom Line: The stay was good. There are many competitive options nearby that I will likely use in the future.Rooms: Room with king bed was spacious, and comfortable. Nice rain-type shower with nice bathroom products, hair dryer, ironing board and iron.Safety: Right off the freeway, easy to get to. Plenty of parking. No traffic noise, although there was significant noise from other guests.Walkability: You walk to your car, that is it. You need to drive or get an Uber to get anywhere.”

“me and my lover met here for New years, and we had a blast. The room was as expected. the only thing I could say was I wished there were more towels. The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to put me on the 3rd floor when I said, "Please don't put me on the first floor, so I thank him for that." We both have stayed here together in the past and never had any problems with the room or the employees. we would definitely stay there again.”
