I had a very disappointing experience with Kayle Johnson( The lady in her 60’s with glasses) during my visit. When I tried to explain the style I wanted, she didn’t listen and instead came across as argumentative. She doesn’t even understand what the customer is asking for, and instead she only sticks to whatever she wants to do with your hair.
The service felt rushed, almost like she was frustrated to even be working there. What stood out the most was the lack of basic courtesy….no conversation, and not even a simple “thank you” when I paid and left. For the amount of money being charged, I expected at least a professional and respectful experience, regardless of the haircut itself. Management should really pay close attention to her. because this kind of behavior will drive customers away. A barber shop is about more than just a haircut.

Easily the worst and most rushed haircut I have ever gotten. Cut the hair way too short when i asked for a trim…looks choppy like a child cut it. I could’ve blended it better with hedge clippers.
And after paying for my cut and the transaction was complete, the stylist sat in silence for a few seconds before commenting on how i didn’t leave a tip.

I went to this particular great clips because my husband was using it. He showed Kelly a picture because I needed a new stylist mine had moved. Of a medium length inverted Bob that I wear. It comes just a little bit you below your chin. Kelly said yes she or Tran would be able to do it. When I got there, Tran was the one that cut my hair. I showed her again. The picture of a medium length inverted Bob and she said yes no problem. Show her two pictures she proceeded to do it. It wasn’t a bad cut, but it was an angled a little bit shorter in the back than the front so I waited 10 days and went back paid to have it done. All I wanted was a little bit in the back shortened so it was looking more of an angle towards the front. She proceeded to cut my all my hair off, literally to where I have less than an inch of hair in the back of my head why she did this I have no idea. Yes it’s only hair but I have to tell you it’s gonna take me a year or more to grow it out. Don’t go to Tran. She does what she freaking wants. She doesn’t listen. I said if you can’t do this originally. It’s not a problem. I know this cut is a difficult one. She said yes no problem. What the hell great clips what the hell?

Kelly and I met for the first time. She listened carefully to my requests, viewed photos I'd brought along for reference, and we discussed how they'd work for me. She took her time & I couldn't be happier with the cut she gave me. (Later that afternoon, she cut my husband's hair, too, and did a super job.) We're both grateful to have found our new stylist so close to our new home.

I had a terrible experience here. It was my first time at this location and I came in 30 minutes before closing. Tren checked me in (she spelled my name wrong) when I first got to the chair she began spraying my hair and then asked how much I wanted cut, my hair was about 3 inches above my belly button and I asked for about 2-2.5 inches to be cut. She then began cutting my hair behind my head where I couldn't see. When she asked me again if it was the correct length, she had cut about the entire right half of my hair to shoulders around 5 inches, which is way more than I asked for. I ended up with a shoulder length bob that is shorter in the back than in front. I am disappointed and I will not be coming back.

I recently had a hair stylist tell me I had liceand she could see nites. I wasn't sure. I had a people and a nurse check. Nope. She just didn't want to cut my hair.
