This has been my go to place for the randomness of my job and taking care of my home. I have been to this location multiple times and have received stellar service . Whenever I stop by I'm always greeted with smiles and helpful workers. On busy days sometimes you have to be patient for for assistance . A worker told me that if you look up the item you are looking for online it actually lists which aisle and what section the item is in. This has been super helpful for when I visit. This has been great. Sometimes when they do not have the item I want in stock there's so much more on their website. I've had these delivered to my place of work and also done pick ups at the actual. It has been super h lồi.

Went to pick up items at the pro counter. Was asked Why I needed the items? Then sent to another person, who asked "haven't you ever been here before?" Both gentlemen were unbelievably rude. Went out to parking lot, and four men were trying to break into our box truck. Horrible store.

Horrible customer service. They didn't deliver 1/2 my order. I went online to report it, tgey told me to call the store. I called the store and they told me to go online. Went back online, and they said the store will call me. I spent more time doing this than it would have taken to go to the store, and I still don't have my order or a solution. I'm sticking with Amazon.

This store is always good to me. The staff is helpful and friendly. Never had a problem here in the past 15 years.

older black gentleman at the front check out, stood there and refused to assist me with check in out using the pro member account, we spend around $60k a year at this place. I pressed the customer assistance button and he told another employee, I wasn't doing it right.. and refused to help me.. took another employee who was busy helping another customer to come over and help me! I will not return to Home Depot! Take our business else where..

A gentleman in the back working in appliances didn't bother to understand what I needed or go into detail about what could have worked for an AC in my house- also the customer service in the front didn't know what kind of AC would properly fit my wall or have any knowledge and what would work as well. I feel like I could be a better salesman or a more caring worker than that. Horrible way to go about running a store.

There was this Middle Aged bald guy with a raspy voice harassing me. I went in later at night and I had a ratchet in my hand and I was walking around with it and he starts to follow me everywhere I went and down every aisle talking to someone saying I had something in my purse I felt so uncomfortable I put it back and walked out. I went back in the next day hoping he wasn't working and there he was again I went to the aisle that I needed something for and he comes up to me and says oh your back and I said yes I'm waiting for my boyfriend to respond and tell me what I need to grab and he then says well I'm going to stay here with you because yesterday you walked out with something in your purse and you put the ratchet back when I walked around with you and you don't look like a mechanic so I don't know what you were doing with that and was judging me and just being the rudest guy and wouldn't leave me alone. When I told him just because I don't look like j work on cars doesn't mean I don't he said oh I know how these games are played. He called standing by me the entire time "making sure I got good customer service"

I signed up for the veteran's discount program. It requires you to have a smart phone which I don't have. I tried to get A DISCOUNT at the Plymouth MN store recently by just showing my VA ID. The manager said "corporate told us not to give the discount-you have to have a smart phone." I called corporate cust-serv and they said I should have been given the discount -they gave me a $25 gift coupon to use instead. I used the Kimball-Addison store in Chicago and they gladly allowed the discount by showing ID. Why didn't "corporate" tell Chicago to refuse my discount? So in Minnesota you gotta have smart phone - in Chicago you don't. You gonna get this straightened out?

At the entrance a younger man pointed me to where to look for an item for ghafari. I went to the garden center and the lady who was there told me she doesn't think they have it but there is another gentleman in the back who might know. So I went to that other gentleman was busy, he finished his work and he walked all the way inside show me where that item was. Very helpful.Easy access to Highway 494 and plenty of parking. They seemed well staffed today including a gentleman giving candies to children. In Sweden they give candies to children only on Saturdays. Maybe you should have the same philosophy here in USA.Praying and leaving was relatively fast. The place was clean and very busy for Saturday morning. Shelves and items were properly put in their respective places.I would say it was a pleasant experience.

This is about this survey stuff. I did the survey, and I may have missed it. But, I did not see the price. I will never agree to any purchase without knowing the total cost. No matter what the discount amount.
It appears to be a way to get more personal information about your customers.

Its great if you are doing a yard or garden, but not as much if you only have one plant. Although I did find the cutest pot for my orchid.

I was in your store today I had to use the restroom and I have been to many Home Depot however the restroom at this store was awful, from dirty floors to dirty sinks and a lot of other dirty things, however the rest of the store was fine
