Needed our car towed from our house to the shop. Jeff from Frankie’s called to let us know he was on his way. We have a tight turn long driveway, and Jeff walked up the driveway to plan out how to get up and down. I appreciated him making sure he didn’t drive over the grass. He was friendly with my kids watching him load up the car. And he texted me to let me know the car was unloaded and at the shop. Would highly recommend

Jeff was very professional throughout this whole process. My truck was totaled and was not easy to get onto his flatbed but he made it happen without causing anymore damage than there already was. Jeff was on time and even waited patiently why I went back and fourth with the impound lot over the fees. Plymouth Towing is gonna be a whole different review. It turns out Jeff even covered the additional six dollars I was charged by the tow company for distance out of his own pocket. I will definitely be up there to pay him back and some. I broke my back in this accident and Jeff was very compassionate and did everything he could to make this process as easy on me as possible. I am very thankful to this guy. When I called the office at Frankie's Towing to let them know about my experience they informed me that Jeff had a painful dental issue and should not have even been working. SMH, this guy. Never complained once about his issues. I also wanna give an honorable mention to Renee in the office who took my calls. She was great throughout the whole process beginning to end. Gave me a speedy quote over the phone that was much cheaper than the company I had previously booked with. Sorry Johnny! LOLBig thumbs up to Jeff, Renee and everyone at Frankie's Towing!!Thanks!

I recently had to have my wife's car towed twice within a week both tow drivers were very kind and polite and introduced themselves and shook my hand which I thought was awesome I only remember one drivers name I think it it was Jeff but I recommend Frankie's towing to anyone in need

My son totaled our BMW X5, and all thanks to GOD, walked away without a scratch. Frankie's responded with the towing and massive guardrail cleanup that was blocking the highway and adjacent service road. I drove to the scene as it was about seven miles from my house. Frankie's employees were more than professional with handling the accident site. They were all kind and courteous regarding my concerns at the time.Unfortunately, I discovered two days later that my insurance company was giving me the run around. They had somehow removed my collision coverage on my car three weeks earlier when I had called them to remove rental car coverage. Instead, they removed my collision coverage, but did not remove the rental car coverage. This meant that my car which was totaled was not covered, and neither was the towing and cleanup.I went into Frankie's the next day and explained the situation with my insurance company and that I had filed for a review of my policy since I never requested that my collision coverage be removed. Since this was going to take some time to review, the extremely kind-hearted ownership at Frankie's gave me some time to get the issue worked out with the insurance company.While the insurance company ended up screwing me, Frankie's made the situation much less painful. Thank you to all the good people at Frankie's!

My car was pouring out oil. Thankfully I was at a friends house and they noticed the leak before I left. We called Frankie’s towing and within 20 minutes of entering their phone number, Jeff was walking up the driveway. He was so polite and professional, very efficient. Great person and representation of your company. He let us know he would text us when the vehicle was delivered and he did. I will definitely use them again! THANKS JEFF!!!

My girlfriend got her car towed and was having a really bad day. Renee was so nice and stayed for her to get it. Upon arrival she realized she forgot her keys. They offered to park it outside in the parking lot so she could pick it up later, since they were closed. Awesome people. Awesome service.
