Dundees used to have a retail nursery in Plymouth which was close to my house and which I patronized quite often. Now this business is closed but Dundee still operates a wholesale nursery in Rogers/Maple Grove. I went there twice, and the gentlemen (John Henning and Nate) were very generous with their time and very well informed. They have been with Dundee for decades (which says a lot about the owner of this company!). I purchased a tree, and had it delivered to my home. The gentleman who made the delivery was named Dan. He was terrific! He gave me some tips on planting the tree and brought the tree around to the backyard. He had also been with Dundee for 35+ years! To all the Dundee guys that helped me: GREAT JOB! I highly recommend this nursery!

I received a $150 gift card for Dundee as a new home gift a few years ago and we are currently looking to install a patio and other landscaping. Sadly, they are unwilling to honor it since the garden center has closed. I asked to use it toward design/install and was again told no. That feels very unfair that you’ve kept the money and are unwilling to honor a gift card that has no expiration date. It’s one thing if a business closes entirely but you are continuing with a line of business that I was willing to work with you on and should be allowed to use the gift card or get a discount since you have the money that was supposed to be used for services for me…ie: landscaping design and large patio. $150 feels like a drop in the hat when it’s a $30k+ project. Pretty awful way to treat people.

We had Dundee do an entire refresh of our landscaping at our home. Sarah Lloyd came in February to meet with us at our home, where she listened and took notes and we were able to share pics of our current landscaping taken in the summer. She made her rounds around our house, taking measurements and making notes. She came back a few weeks later to us with a plan that we reviewed together via Zoom. She hit on all our requests. She was also able to show us what the plants looked liked in bloom on our call. We asked to be added to their schedule which was able to happen in June. So happy we started our plans in Feb. The team of young men led by Alec were fantastic. Such hard workers, and the work was done on some incredibly hot days. In the end, they delivered as planned, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We even had a new front patio installed, and it is providing an additional spot for us to relax but also provides a great first impression to our home. Those passionate about gardening knows Dundee is the best around. Lowes and home depot does not compare. Dundee has superior flowers, dirt, fertilizers and Landscaping materials. Come early in spring for the best selections of flowers, they understandably go quick!
