worst experience ever in my life. I bought 5 properties in my life and never such bad horrible experience. I got a message from GR a few weeks ago saying my loan was transferred to new lender. I have had contacted by phone and email and now it's passed due for the 2nd payment, they still don't know who is my new lender. I am very frustrated and would give 0 star if it had one. Also while waiting for loan approval, 5-6 people from GR over one week, they still couldn't figure out how to get an answer until I forwarded email from another lender that took one guy to figure out in one day, that's how GR approved my loan. I thought it would be worth it to save little money on lower pmi, but god it's a big mistake.

We had a pretty rough go of it with Guaranteed Rate. We had one really good contact there but every other person we worked with was difficult to get in touch with, unclear in their communication, and oftentimes outright rude. We had a construction loan and are looking to refinance. We may consider working with the one person we really like at Guaranteed Rate, Tim Floyd, but we continue to have challenges working with the folks who are supposed to be closing out our remodel project.
