I was attempting to print photos from my phone.
Since my brain injury I get so frustrated with things that used to be simple and 2nd nature.
WHen I finally decided to go in and battle the photo processing machine. The man at the counter greeted me and sent me to the photo machine. When he was done with the line of customers he checked with me. I was stuck in ordering a photo book. couldn't get out of that book. He continued to check in and eventually we started over. With his kind assistance, I tic'd hundreds of pictures, printed and was out the door. I felt he was sincerely concerned for my needs, took care of my silly yet time consuming errors. I was very thankful for his extra efforts.
I felt happy to have all these memories printed and not be so frustrated with my disabilities. That man at the counter made my day just a little brighter, just a little easier! THank you! C

Normally wouldn’t review, but as a business owner I’d say poor service. Prescription was cheap. So that’s OK. But I had about $100 worth of other merchandise some was on sale. Checkout person said if you don’t have a CVS card you won’t get sale price. Gave my phone number and it wasn’t in the system. Didn’t offer to do a quick sign up or anything. She already had all my info there. So I just left all the merchandise at the counter and paid for my $1.67 prescription. Glad my employees know how to be helpful… ouch for here

This store has ever-changing store hours! I was there earlier in the month on a Friday around 8:15 p.m. and they were open. I went yesterday (Monday) at 8:10 p.m. and they were closed. I had to drive the 20 minutes back again today to pick up my order. When I asked why they weren't open, the person at the register pretty much yelled at me claiming he is just a cashier and that maybe they didn't have enough staff. A note on the door would have been great but this store continues to do this so you can't rely that they will be open when you get there.

The pharmacist delivered a $674 prescription for 90 days without questioning the cost and not asking if I wanted to start with a 30 day amount to see if it helped and if there would be side effects. Only after I paid for it and then it was too late did I realize the cost. Poor management and lack of concern for the customer.

There’s a new manager in the store and this is my third experience with this person all not positive experiences and I should’ve known better when I pulled up to the till to check out and there he was with the golf hat and glasses on the top of his hat looking like he was ready for the first tee. Looking at me condeseniding like I’m some rich old dude. The checkout experience was not positive for the third time with the same individual. I am not going back to the store even though it is the closest CVS to my house Not going back to that CVS store and in general, I will avoid CVS. Going to tell my broker to sell my cvs stock. Maybe this guy should pick up his tee time instead of working at the Cvs stores. By the way, I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 20+ years never had a bad thing to say about Cvs until this man showed up at CVS. They need to check out why they are allowing people at the checkout to wear Adidas hats with glasses looking like they’re ready for the first tee - checking out their customers like they are low life - really poor hire at this store

I went in for a vaccination and when I checked in at the pharmacy they never said a word to me or told me where to wait. When I heard my name called I didn’t know who it was or where to go because the door was closed. When I said I thought since the door was closed because it was occupied she looked at me like I was stupid. Not a friendly person in the bunch. Totally frustrating!!

Was on hold for 10 mins only for the pharmacist to pick up and cut the call without saying anything. Also, had to go back to get medicine mixed as they forgot to mix it. Also, looks like they gave me a 30 day supply instead of 90 day supply. Switching soon, this is the worst pharmacy I have ever shopped at.Update: I went to the Pharmacy and they added the remaining tablets for me. They are understaffed, hopefully corporate gets their priorities straight.

Usually love this pharmacy but they are now dropping the ball I have been hung up on not once but three times trying to call the pharmacy. They are actually just picking up the phone and hanging it up…. Unbelievable

Worst cvs pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Under staffed, slow, often have to wait 10+ minutes to get medicine. Choose another cvs!

The pharmacy drive thru is always closed, forcing you to stand next to all the people waiting to be seen by the doctors at minute clinic. And line inside is incredibly long. You can hear the phone ringing off the hook and the poor pharmacy workers are working as fast as they can. CVS is mismanaging the demand on their employees.

The pharmacy sure makes it impossible to get ahold of the team, was on hold for many minutes before was hung up on. Multiple times in a row. What a waste of time for anyone, let alone a mom with 3 young kids...

Drive through pharmacy is never open and in store wait is atrocious for basic Rx pickup. Everytime I come here it’s just a little worse than before. This used to be my go-to but will be looking for alternatives

1h for 7 pills of amoxicillin...this is ridiculous and they are not even sorry for making your wait. horrible service !!! go somewhere else
