CVS is a business that offers a range of services, including photo printing, pharmacy, and retail shopping. Customers have experienced both positive and negative moments during their visits. One customer appreciated the helpful staff at the photo counter, who patiently assisted in printing hundreds of photos despite the customer's difficulties, making the process easier and brighter for them. Another reviewer, however, faced frustrations with the pharmacy, including long hold times, medication errors, and being under-staffed, which led to dissatisfaction and plans to switch pharmacies. Additionally, the store lacks public trash cans inside and outside, which some find inconvenient. Despite these issues, some customers have had good experiences, noting quick and helpful pharmacy service, a good selection of items like canes, and overall positive shopping experiences. Overall, CVS provides important services but can sometimes struggle with staff availability and store amenities, affecting customer satisfaction.
Everyone else is right—this place is terrible. The staff is extremely slow to respond and unhelpful. I went to pick up my medication and arrived at 7:02, only to be told they were closed. I understand I was two minutes late, but the staff member’s rudeness was unacceptable. I’d recommend avoiding this place if possible.

The absolute worst. You do not care about your customers at all.

The pharmacist delivered a $674 prescription for 90 days without questioning the cost and not asking if I wanted to start with a 30 day amount to see if it helped and if there would be side effects. Only after I paid for it and then it was too late did I realize the cost. Poor management and lack of concern for the customer.
